Nourishing Yin And Nourishing The Liver Circulation Method Application Of The Treatment Of Hepatitis And Cirrhosis

Cirrhosis of liver after hepatitis is a chronic and common disease. The medical researchers both at home and abroad have been paying attention to the study of the effective treatment. After thousands years of study, Traditional Chinese medicine have formed an integrate treatment system. these 20s years, going with the development of science and technology, Chinese medicine has made great progress in clinical and Lab research. A lot of clinical observation are showing that lots of the patients who suffered Cirrhosis of liver are weak at Yin and have the symptom of clog in liver blood circulation. Probably, the masseurs of complementing of Yin and remove the clog can effectively solve the problem. This study composes of three parts: theoretical research, tutor's experience and clinical research .Theoretical research: Based on the reviewing and summarizing the documents of the concerned theory, in the theoretical research ,We explore the regulation of the Chinese medical treatment and believe that the weak at Yin and the clog in liver blood circulation is one of the important reasons which lead to Cirrhosis of liver. The masseurs of complementing Yin and remove the clog in blood circulation simultaneously can be a solution to the disease.tutor's experience: This part sum up tutor's experience, whose train of thought and therapeutical methods are keeping the balance between Yin and Yang or Qi and Xue in the body. What's the important factor he think is using the methods of complementing the weak to fresh the liver and remove the waste materials.Clinical research: Objective: To observe the efficacy of yangyinrouganhuayu decoction in treating patients who suffered from Cirrhosis of liver ,to seek the effective prescription against Cirrhosis of liver. Methods: 30 patients received yangyinrouganhuayu decoction for three monthes. To bserve the patients' clinical symptom and analysis the change (ALT, TBIL, ALB, GLO,the thick of the spleen, the wide of PV)after the treatment. Results: yangyinrouganhuayu decoction has the effect of ameliorating clinical symptoms . From the statistics analysis we can see that yangyinrouganhuayu decoction has obvious efficiency in reducing ALT and TBIL(P﹤0.01), escalating ALB(P﹤0.01), shrinkaging the thick of the spleen(P﹤0.05). yangyinrouganhuayu decoction has no efficiency in changing the wide of the PV(P﹥0.05). Conclusion: yangyinrouganhuayu is a good method to treat Cirrhosis of liver and has no side effects.
