Observation Of Curative Effect Of Modified Dahuang Mudan Decoction On Gastrointestinal Function Recovery After Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Dahuang Mudan Decoction on gastrointestinal dysfunction(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)after laparoscopic cholecystectomy due to chronic calculous cholecystitis,and provide clinical guidance for the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in accordance with.Methods:From May 2020 to December 2020,60 patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Hepatobiliary,Pancreatic and Splenic Surgery of Hunan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to December 2020 were selected and met the inclusion criteria.They were divided into observation group and control group by Doll's case random table method,with 30 in each group.For example,both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment after surgery.The test group was given Jiawei Dahuang Mudan Decoction 6 hours after the operation,The control group was given plain boiled water orally.The recovery time of bowel sounds after the operation,the first exhaustion,the first defecation time,and the degree of postoperative abdominal distension were recorded in the two groups.The postoperative hospital stay was statistically processed and compared and analyzed.Results:1.There was no statistical significance in age,gender,operative time,intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative fluid rehydration volume between the two groups(P >0.05),indicating comparability.2.Comparison of the recovery of gastrointestinal function: the recovery time of intestinal sounds,the first anal exhaust time and the first defecation time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.Compared with the control group,the degree of postoperative abdominal distension in the treatment group was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of curative effect: after treatment,the cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: For patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,modified rhubarb peony decoction can significantly promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,restore intestinal sounds as soon as possible,promote early discharge and defecation,reduce the occurrence of abdominal distention,shorten the length of hospital stay of patients.Chinese traditional medicine decoction has high safety and is worthy of promotion.
