Objective: Coronary Artery Calcium Score(Coronary Artery Calcium Score,CACS)and risk factors for Coronary Artery calcification and different ethnic groups in xin jiang,(han, kazak, uygur, hui)the relationship between Coronary Artery calcification. Methods: In this study,a retrospective study was conducted to select 462 inpatients who underwent coronary CTA in the imaging center of the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university from June 2018 to February 2019(241 patients in the coronary calcification group, including 107 han patients,39 kazak patients,64 uygur patients and 31 hui patients).Clinical data of 221 patients in the non-calcification group, including 113 cases of han nationality,31 cases of kazak nationality,57 cases of uygur nationality and 20 cases of hui nationality),were compared and the indicators of coronary artery calcification score and coronary artery calcification risk factors in each group were analyzed in parallel.Results:(1)There were statistically significant differences in gender, age, history of hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease and smoking between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Calcification group and non calcification in white blood cell count, neutrophils ratio, ratio of eosinophils and neutrophils count, mononuclear cell count, and eosinophil count, red blood cell distribution width and serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, glomerular filtration rate, uric acid, blood glucose, glycated albumin, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c),total bilirubin, creatine kinase, free fatty acid, serum(inhibition, carbon dioxide, binding force, serum phosphorus ion,C albumin index on the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Carbon dioxide binding force was an independent protective factor(OR=0.813,95%CI:0.715~0.923,P =0.001),while age, hypertension, coronary heart disease, smoking history, blood glucose and low-density lipoprotein were independent risk factors(OR = 1.087,95% CI: 1.052 ~ 1.123,P=0.000;OR = 2.807,95% CI: 1.506 ~ 5.230,P= 0.001;OR = 2.160,95% CI: 1.182 ~ 3.948,P=0.012;OR = 2.571,95% CI: 1.382 ~ 4.784,P= 0.003;OR = 1.158,95% CI: 1.008 ~ 1.331,P= 0.039;OR = 2.550,95% CI: 1.678 ~ 3.873,P= 0.000).(4)There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of calcification among different ethnic groups(P>0.05).(5)In the coronary calcification group, there were statistically significant differences among the four ethnic groups of han, uygur, kazak and hui in red blood cell distribution width, carbon dioxide binding force, glycosylated serum protein and albumin(P<0.05).Conclusion: Coronary calcium score and risk factors for coronary artery calcification and different ethnic groups in xinjiang coronary calcification has certain relevance,so early detection of coronary artery calcium score, mononuclear cell count and eosinophil count in patients with urinary inhibition, serum phosphorus ion, serum C,free fatty acid level, etc.,can predict early in patients with coronary artery calcification, and the possibility of cardiovascular events.
