Modified Zexie Decoction In The Treatment Of Essential Hypertension Of Phlegm-Dampness Congestion Type Clinical Observation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of jiawei zexie decoction combined with western medicine in treating primary hypertension with excessive accumulation of phlegm and dampness.Methods Sixty patients with essential hypertension admitted to Jiangyin Second People's Hospital from February 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:control group(30 cases)and traditional Chinese medicine group(30 cases).The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate(Randy)orally.The Chinese medicine group was treated with modified Zexie Decoction on the basis of Western medicine.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome scores,blood pressure and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups.At the same time,the safety indicators of liver and kidney function were observed.Results In the aspect of TCM syndromes,there was no statistical difference between the TCM group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM group's syndrome scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the syndrome scores of both groups decreased before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of blood pressure,there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the Chinese medicine group were lower than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of blood lipids,TC,TQ LDL-C and HDL-C in TCM group and control group had no statistical difference before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C in TCM group were smaller than those in control group,while HDL-C was larger than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C in TCM group decreased significantly and HDL-C increased significantly after treatment(P<0.00).1)The TC,TG,LDL-C in the control group did not decrease significantly and HDL-C did not increase significantly after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Jiawei zexie decoction combined with western medicine has good efficacy in treating primary hypertension with excessive accumulation of phlegm and dampness.The clinical symptoms,signs,blood pressure and blood lipid levels of the patients have been significantly improved,and no adverse reactions have occurred in the short term,so it has good safety.
