Xiehuang Antispasmodic Asthma Granules In Treatment Of Eosinophilic Airway Inflammation In Children Cough Variant Asthma Efficacy Evaluation Study

Objective: The pathogenesis of cough variant asthma is still unclear.Some doctors believe that cough should be treated,while some doctors put forward different views that asthma should be treated.This subject adopts the methods of dispelling wind and clearing heat,relieving spasm and cough,and provides new ideas and methods for the disease through the clinical observation of Xiehuang Jiejing Zhixiao Granules,a mentor’s experience.Methods: 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group respectively.The treatment group was treated with scorpion yellow spasmolysis and asthma treatment granules.120 ml,40 ml / time,1 dose per day,3 times per day were taken orally after meals.The control group was given Sangju Yin,120 ml,40 ml / time,1 dose per day,3times per day,and orally taken after meals.The treatment cycle was 14 days.At the end of the treatment cycle,the focus was on the TCM symptom scores of 60 children with cough variant asthma in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,and the total effective rate,TCM symptom and exhaled nitric oxide value of the two groups were compared.Results: In terms of total effective rate: after statistical data analysis,p > 0.05,there is no statistical significance,suggesting that there is no significant difference between the two groups.the results show that there is no significant difference in total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(p > 0.05),and there is significant difference between the control treatment group and the control group within the group(p < 0.001).the results show that both groups are effective before and after treatment.There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in cough up phlegm and presence or absence of inducing factors(p < 0.001).the treatment group was superior to the control group after receiving treatment.In terms of symptoms,there is no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in daytime cough,nighttime cough and cough induced by presence orabsence of inducing factors(p > 0.05).there is significant difference between the control treatment group and the control group within the group(p < 0.001).the results show that both groups are effective before and after treatment.There were significant differences in expectoration and pharyngalgia between the treatment group and the control group(p <0.001).the treatment group was superior to the control group after receiving treatment.In the aspect of exhaled nitric oxide(FENO)detection: after statistical t-test analysis,the comparison between groups after treatment,p > 0.05,the results show that there is no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group,that is to say,it has the same effect in improving the numerical value of exhaled nitric oxide of patients.Conclusion: According to the analysis before and after the treatment of clinical and related indicators in children,it is believed that: 1.Scorpion Huang Jie Jing zhi Xiao granule is an effective prescription for the treatment of cough variant asthma(wind-heat attacking lung syndrome).the treatment of dispelling wind and clearing heat,relieving spasm and relieving cough is very effective and can relieve the pain of children with cough variant asthma to varying degrees.2.Xiehuang antispasmodic asthma granules have obviously improved the detection index of exhaled nitric oxide.The results show that the drug has a satisfactory effect on CVA in children and is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
