Clinical Therapeutic Observation Of Umbilicus Of Qingfeizhike Powder To Wind Doping Phlegm-Heat Syndrome Of Pediatric Cough Variant Asthma

Objective : Through the observation on the impact of umbilicus of qingfeizhike powder to wind doping phlegm-heat syndrome of pediatric cough variant asthma on TCM syndrome,the Eos count,pulmonary function and relapse rate to assess clinical effects that umbilical compress therapy with qingfeizhike powder to pediatric cough variant asthma,and to find its possible mechanism.Methods:(1)60 cases satisfied inclusion cough variant asthma were divided into control group and treatment group randomly.(2)The treatment group was treated by umbilicus of qingfeizhike powder combined with the oral montelukast,the control group respectively given only the oral montelukast as treatment.(3)The clinical symptoms,the Eos count,pulmonary function and relapse rate were taken as main statistical parameters.(4)Taking 1 week as a treatment course,analyzed the statistic data and drew conclusions after 2 treatment courses.Results:(1)The 2 groups had no significant difference in general data and baseline conditions.(2)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.6% and the control group was 73.3%.(3)Improving the accumulating points of TCM syndrome clearly,there was much apparent difference in the accumulating points of TCM syndrome before and after the therapy for the treatment group(p<0.05).(4)Compare with pretreatment,the Eos count and pulmonary function of tow groups were improved,the eosinophilia in the control group period is lower than the treatment group(p<0.05),while there was no difference between tow groups(p>0.05).(5)Relapse rate of the treatment group was lower than the control group.(6)Indicators of the two groups were within the normal range in pre-therapy and post-treatment.Conclusions:(1)Umbilicus of qingfeizhike powder has a significant effect in treating wind doping phlegm-heat syndrome of pediatric cough variant asthma.(2)Umbilicus of qingfeizhike powder has a significant effect in improving TCM syndrome of wind doping phlegm-heat syndrome of pediatric cough variant asthma.(3)Umbilicus of qingfeizhike powder can improve pulmonary function and reduce airway hyper-responsiveness.(4)Umbilicus of qingfeizhike powder can decrease eosinophils and inflammatory reaction.(5)Umbilicus of qingfeizhike powder can significantly decrease the relapse rate of pediatriccough variant asthma.(6)Umbilicus of qingfeizhike powder is safe and effective without toxic by-effect.
