| OBJECTIVE:To analyze the syndrome distribution,treatment and core prescription of postoperative cholecystectomy diarrhea(PCD),and provide a useful reference for clinical Chinese medicine treatment of PCD.METHODS:The basic information,symptoms,tongue,syndrome,Chinese medicine,prescription and other data of 80 patients in the Department of Gastroenterology and inpatient PCD of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and stored in WPS file,and data pre-preparation was carried out.deal with.The SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the frequency and the core prescription of PCD.RESULTS:There were 43 female patients with diarrhea after gallbladder surgery and 37 males.The cause was related to cholecystectomy.The common syndrome of PCD is spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome,followed by l iver qi and spleen syndrome,intestinal dampness syndrome,cold and heat syndrome,etc.72 cases(88.75%)of spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome are the most common.The core Chinese medicine for treating PCD spleen deficiency syndrome is Codonopsis pilosula,fried white algae,dried tangerine peel,medlar,fried coix seed,Agrimony,Jiaoshenqu,fried malt,fried bud,licorice,yam,woody,etc.;The overall core Chinese medicine is dried tangerine peel,fried white atractylodes,fried white peony,windproof,Codonopsis pilosula,medlar,licorice,fried coix seed,yam,agrimony,Jiaoshenqu,Jiaoshan glutinous rice,fried malt,woody scent;The core Chinese medicines are Pueraria,Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Codonopsis pilosula,Fried Atractylodes,Poria,Chenpi,Yam,Fried Coix Seed,Jiaoshen Qu,Fried Malt;the core of the cold and heat miscellaneous syndrome is the French Pinellia,Astragalus,Coptis,and Ginger,Codonopsis,licorice,dried tangerine peel,medlar,fried atractylodes,Jiaoshan glutinous rice,fried malt,patchouli,woody,yam.CONCLUSION:According to statistics,it is found that PCD clinical syndrome contains 4 kinds of syndromes:spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome,Yiqi Jianpi diarrhea,main prescription Shenqi Baizhu San addition and subtraction;liver qi spleen syndrome,treatment to suppress liver and spleen,the main side of the pain and drug combination Addition and subtraction of dysfunction;intestinal dampness heat syndrome,treatment of heat and dampness,spleen and diarrhea,the main party Gegen Qilian Tang combined with different powers;cold and heat miscellaneous syndrome,treatment with Xin Kai bitter,reconciling cold and heat,the main party Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with different powers,clinical treatment when dialectical treatment,to strengthen the spleen and qi,dampness and diarrhea,taking into account the liver and stagnation,heat and dampness,cold and heat regulation. |
