Objective:This research aims to prove the advantages of combining TCM therapy with laparoscopic surgery on infertility patients of oviduct obstruction, which by contrasting the different curative effects of laparoscopic surgery combining with TCM or not. These different effects (including the levels of serum Tumor Necrosis Factor-a, the rates of pregnancy or fallopian tube canalization, the scores of TCM syndromes and local signs, etc.) will be observed and analyzed. At last, a pressing and effective treatment will be provided.Methods:60hydrosalpinx infertility patients are randomly divided into2groups. One is TCM group (30cases of TCM therapy combining with laparoscopic operation), the other is control group (30cases of using laparoscopic operation without TCM therapy). The patients in TCM group have TCM therapy for3months after surgery, then they are followed-up for6months, while the patients in control group have not any TCM therapy after surgery. Then different effects (including the levels of serum Tumor Necrosis Factor-a, the rates of pregnancy or fallopian tube canalization, the scores of TCM syndromes and local signs, etc.) between these2groups are observed and analyzed.Results:1.The pregnancy rates have significant differences between the TCM group and the control group, the former is higher than the latter.2.If not pregnancy, the rates of fallopian tube canalization in the TCM group is significant higher than the control group’s.3.The effective percentage, according to the scores of TCM syndromes, reaches90.0%in the TCM group, which is significant higher than that in the control group (80.0%).4.Both the two treatments can improve the patients’ local signs. The effective percentage, according to the scores of local signs, of the TCM group is93.3%and the control group is76.7%. By comparison, the TCM group has more significant advantages.5.Both the two treatments can reduce the levels of serum Tumor Necrosis Factor-α. The change in the TCM group is more significant than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.The hydrosalpinx can be correct by laparoscopic operation through debonding the local pelvic adhesion, restoring the normal anatomy structures of ovary and fallopian tubes. 2.TCM treatment has significant curative effect on this disease, which is reflected in many aspects. The mechanism may be related to regulating the levels of tubal inflammatory factors such as TNF-a, relieving the inflammatory reaction, reducing edema and fibrinoid exudation, reducing the chance of fallopian adhesion, and improving pelvic regional blood flow.3.TCM treatment can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs, relief patients’ discomfort, and provide better environments for pregnancy.
