Clinical Research On Laparoscopy Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Tubal Obstruction Infertility

Objective:Through observation of the clinical effect of tubal infertility by laparoscopy combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment and laparoscopic treatment, analysis of both postoperative fallopian tube recanalization rate, pregnancy rate, and improve the TCM symptoms and physical signs of patients with obstructive infertility, in order to provide the best of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for fallopian tube.Methods:60patients with diagnostic criteria of Western medicine, syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of distal tubal obstruction infertility patients,30were randomly divided into treatment group (treated by laparoscopic combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy) and control group (30cases of simple operation treatment). The two groups were treated for3courses of treatment and followed up with six months. The treatment process of two groups were compared by observation of safety (blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram treatment each time) and curative effect of detection (pregnancy rate, TCM syndromes and signs, tubal patency, Ureaplasma urealyticum inspection). Two groups were observed before and after treatment, the pregnancy rate of TCM syndrome, physical sign integrals and physical changes and chemical index, comparing the two groups after treatment differences between groups.Results:1. Clinical efficacy:①After treatment the two groups of patients pregnancy rate, tubal patency TCM, climate, local signs of efficacy and part of the physical and chemical indicators than before treatment, a significant difference (P<0.05); Treatment after six months, the treatment group,18cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate of60.0%, no case of ectopic pregnancy, the control group,11cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was36.7%in cases of ectopic pregnancy (line Integrative conservative), two groups pregnancy rate compared There are significant differences (P<0.05), the pregnancy rate of the treatment group than the control group.②Patients after treatment to compare the TCM syndromes is that the treatment group, the total efficiency of90.0%, the control group, the total effective rate of80.0%, and the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), treatment group TCM candidates efficacy than the control group.③two treatment methods were able to significantly improve the local signs of tubal obstruction infertility patients, the treatment group and the control group, the total efficiency of93.33%, 76.67%, the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).④The patients before and after treatment Ureaplasma urealyticum check there is a significant difference (P<0.05).2.Correlation analysis:the clinical efficacy of the study, the total efficiency and the patient’s age, severity and course of the disease, such as correlation, suggesting that the treatment method is suitable for different age, severity and course of the disease, tubal obstruction infertility patients.3.
