Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hyperuricemia With Modified Wuling Powder

Objective: Through the clinical observation of the treatment of Phlegm-turbidity blocking hyPeruricemia with modified wuling Powder,the effects on uric acid and cardiovascular risk factors(obesity,hyPerliPidemia,hyPerglycemia,hyPerhomocysteine,etc.)were discussed,Providing clinical basis for the Prevention and treatment of hyPeruricemia and cardiovascular comPlications with traditional Chinese medicine.Method: choose 84 cases of phlegm turbidity block type high uric acid hematic disease patients were randomly divided into treatment group(42 cases and the control group,42 cases of the treatment group USES the foundation treatment + flavored five three,and the control group USES the foundation treatment + benzene bromide Malone,two groups of treatment for 12 weeks,follow-up of 12 weeks after the drug was stopped,symptoms,physical signs,changes of the patients were observed before and after treatment,detect the safety index(three routine,liver and kidney function),TCM syndrome score calculation.Blood uric acid(UA),fasting glucose(FBG,2hPBG),homocysteine(Hcy),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and BMI were measured before and after treatment and after drug withdrawal.Results:1.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: after 12 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of improving fatigue,abdominal distension,chest tightness,dizziness,drowsiness,and mouth bitterness and mouth clots(P < 0.05).2.After treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks,UA level in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the decrease was more obvious in the control group(P < 0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,UA level in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P > 0.05).After 4 weeks of withdrawal,UA level in the two groups showed no significant increase compared with that before withdrawal.After 12 weeks of withdrawal,UA level in the two groups showed an increase compared with that before withdrawal and 4 weeks after withdrawal,and the increase in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.3.After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of TC,TG and ldl-c in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),while those in the control group were not significantly lower than those before treatment(P > 0.05).After 12 weeks of withdrawal,TC,TG and ldl-c levels in the treatment group did not significantly increase compared with that before withdrawal.4.After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of FBG and 2hPBG in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),while those in the control group were not significantly lower than those before treatment(P > 0.05).After 12 weeks of withdrawal,FBG and 2hPBG levels in the treatment group did not significantly increase compared with that before withdrawal.5.After 12 weeks of treatment,the Hcy level in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the Hcy level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).After 12 weeks of withdrawal,Hcy level in both groups did not significantly increase,and the Hcy level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.6.After 12 weeks of treatment,BMI of the treatment group was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),while that of the control group was not significantly lower than that before treatment(P > 0.05).After 12 weeks of withdrawal,BMI of the treatment group did not significantly increase compared with that before withdrawal.7.The total clinical effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 87.5% and 95%,respectively,and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion : 1.In the early and middle stages of the treatment course(4 weeks and 8 weeks),benbromarone tablets had better effect of reducing uric acid,and in the later stage(12 weeks)and after withdrawal,wuling powder with added flavor had better effect of reducing uric acid,and uric acid level was not easy to recover.2.Modified wuling powder can effectively reduce the index of cardiovascular risk factors(BMI,blood lipid,blood glucose,homocysteine)in patients with phlegm-turbid obstructive hyperuricemia,and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease induced by it.
