Study On Quality Standard Of Artemisiae Argyi Folium From Changbai Mountain Areas And Processing Standard Of Charred Artemisiae Argyi Folium

Objective: In order to scientifically expand the medicinal resources of Artemisia argyi Folium,the quality of it from Changbai Mountain areas was estimated for the first time.To establish and improve the quality standard of processing of Charred Artemisiae argyi Folium,along with providing experimental evidence for the traditional theory of maintaining the properties of it after processing,the systematic investigation was carried out as well.Methods: The quality control of Artemisia argyi leaves is based on the contents of2015 edition of ?Chinese Pharmacopoeia?,and the corresponding standards are completed.In the all experiments,the identification of microscopy and TLC,water content and other inspection items were completed,and the target peak of eucalyptus was determined by GC-MS,and the content of eucalyptus was determined by GC.In the research on the processing technology of Charred Artemisiae argyi Folium,orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the parameters.During the research on the Charred Artemisiae argyi Folium,Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to study the heavy metals in the crude drugs;Character identification of argyrophyll charcoal by visual observation and microscopic observation.TLC was used for qualitative identification;A number of inspections were carried out,such as water content,leachate,etc.The content of flavonoids in prepared products was determined by visible ultraviolet spectrophotometry.A variety of extraction and separation methods,such as reflux extraction and column chromatography,are also involved in the research process.Results: The quality of Artemisiae argyi Folium in Changbai Mountain area was investigated.The characters,identification,examination and content determination were all in line with the requirements of 2015 edition of ?Chinese Pharmacopoeia?.The processing technology of Charred Artemisiae argyi Folium was studied and the processing parameters were quantified.The quality standard of Charred Artemisiae argyi Folium was preliminarily studied,which mainly filled in the qualitative identification byTLC and the determination of total flavonoids.Conclusion: Artemisiae argyi Folium in Changbai Mountain is in line with 2015 edition of?Chinese Pharmacopoeia?,and can be developed scientifically and rationally.The preparation technology and quality standard of Charred Artemisiae argyi Folium were improved.which provided theoretical data for the storage of stir-fried charcoal and the entry of argyrophyll charcoal standard into the country and the ?Chinese Pharmacopoeia?.This project provides scientific basis for the continuous development and utilization of medicinal resources of Artemisiae argyi Folium and the quality standard of artemisia argyi decoction pieces.
