Clinical Study Of Maitong Granule On Myocardial Blood Flow Reperfusion And Cardiac Function Protection In STEMI Patients With Qi-deficiency And Blood-stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effect of Maitong Granule on myocardial blood flow reperfusion and cardiac function protection in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods:There were 50 patients with STEMI and Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis syndrome in Chest Pain Center of Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into therapy group(n=25)and control group(n:=25).Thc control group was treated with western medicine bef-ore and after PCI and the therapy group was acdded with Maitong Granule more.Two groups were also treated by medicine for 2 months.After the PCI treat,ment,we compare the percentage of ST index back>50%,TIMI blood flow grading,CK-MB,cTnI,MYO,NYHA cardiac function grading,LVEF,NT-proBNP and MACE within 2 months.At the same time,we evaluate the Chinese medicine curative effect.Results:At 2hours after PCI treatment,the percentage of ST index back>50%in the therapy group was 88%,which was higher than 64%in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).All patients in the therapy group and the control group reached the level of TIMI blood flow grading III,and there was no difference.The CK-MB,cTnI and MYO in the therapy group were significantly lower than those in the control group for a certain period of time after operation(P<0.05).Comparing the NYHA grade before and after the treatment,two groups both bad better heart function,but in the therapy group it had been improved significantly.The LVEF in both groups increased 2mnths after PCI treatment than before,and the therapy group was superior to the control group sicgnificantly(P<0.05).The NT-proBNP in the therapy:group was dramatically lower than the control group with statistical si,gnificance when 7days and 2 months after IPCI operation(P<0.05).There were no MACE within 2 months after operation in both groups.Comparing the Chinese medicine curative effect,the therapy group was superior to the control group with statistical sig,nificance(P<0.05).Moreover,there was no significant difference when comparing the safety indexes between the two groups.Conclusion:Maitong Granule plays a significant role in improving the myocardial blood flow reperfusion and protecting cardiac function after PCI,and there is no adverse reaction.Adding Maitong Granule to the PCI treatment has more advantages than with western medicine alone.
