| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qigui granule in the treatment for angina pectoris patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type after PCI on the basis of conventional western medicine by non-invasive myocardial work technology,TCM syndrome score and related laboratory test indicators through randomized controlled study.Methods: Patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from December 2020 to December 2021,and patients after PCI who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to two groups.The control group was given standardized western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given Qigui granule on the basis of this treatment for 8 weeks.The changes of the clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome efficacy,score of SAQ,blood lipid index,inflammatory factor index,left ventricular function and safety index of the two groups were observed.Results:1.In the improvement of TCM syndromes,compared with before treatment,the two groups after treatment:(1)The total score of TCM syndrome decreased significantly(P<0.01),the experimental group was more advantageous than the control group(P<0.01);(2)Regarding the curative effect of TCM,the efficient of the experimental group was 97.0%and the control group was 73.5%,respectively,and the curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01);(3)In terms of single TCM syndromes,the experimental group was superior to the control group in the improvement of chest pain,palpitation,shortness of breath,tongue image and moss image(P<0.05),and significantly superior to the control group in the improvement of chest tightness and fatigue(P<0.01).The other single syndromes of the two groups were significantly improved except tongue and pulse appearance after treatment(P<0.01),and the experimental group had obvious advantages in improving tongue and pulse compared with the control group(P<0.01).2.In the improvement of angina pectoris(CCS grading),the total effective rate of the test group and the control group was 94.0% and 76.5%,respectively.The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.In terms of improving Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)score,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in physical limitation(PL),angina pectoris stable state(AS),angina pectoris attack frequency(AF)and treatment satisfaction(TS)after treatment(P<0.01).Regarding disease cognition degree(DS),the two groups had similar efficacy(P>0.05).SAQ scores of both groups improved significantly after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.01).4.In terms of laboratory indexes,serum lipid indexes such as TC,TG and LDL-C in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,hs-CRP and IL6 indexes of inflammatory factors in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.In terms of left ventricular function evaluation indexes,left ventricular ejection fraction in both groups increased compared with before,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Global Wasted Work was decreased and Global Work Efficiency was increased in both groups after PCI compared with before surgery,and there are differences within the group(P<0.01);Global Work Index and Global Constructive Work were higher than before operation,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).6.Regarding the safety,there were no adverse reactions,and no abnormalities in all safety indicators before and after treatment in two groups.(P>0.05).Conclusion: Qigui granule combined with conventional western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis after PCI,improve cardiac function,improve activity tolerance,effectively reduce the levels of blood lipid and inflammatory factors,with definite efficacy and safety.The application of myocardial work technology provides a non-invasive and quantitative evaluation of the effects of PCI on cardiac function for patients after PCI,which can reflect the myocardial function of patients with coronary artery disease more comprehensively. |
