Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Condyloma Acuminatum With Paiteling Combined With Microwave

ObjectiveTo evaluate and summarize cured ratio,significant efficiency,recurrence rate,adverse reaction rate of 60 cases of condyloma acuminatum treated by Paiteling and 60 cases of condyloma acuminatum treated by microwave and 60 cases of condyloma acuminatum treated by Paiteling combined with microwave,to provide clinical reference for the treatment and prevention of recurrence of condyloma acuminatum.MethodsSelection of bengbu area of department of gynecology and obstetrics and dermatology clinics in September 2016 to Novermber 2017 confirmed 180 cases of patients with CA,both conforms to the diagnosis,and exclusion criteria,were randomly divided into group A(Paiteling treatment group)and group B(microwave treatment group)and group C(Paiteling combined with microwave),each group of 60 people.Before treatment were treated with acetic acid white test positive as the foundation,group A with sent the Paiteling stoste warts and auxiliary seabuckthorn seed oil(colin skin ning)repair,treatment for 3 days,withdrawal repair 4 days,not shed the warts or the part of the cavity canal could increase the course of treatment appropriately,cervical vaginal,anal canal and urethra operation is slightly different,all of the patients after the wart body completely detached and wound healed completely clean or wet with Paiteling diluents,The cavity is reserved for lavage,continuous reduction and cleaning more than 3 months,no recurrence can be deactivated.Group B was used to remove the warts by microwave under lidocaine administration,and then applied to the wound surface with aureomycin ointment,and repeated treatment of the residual and white acetate test.Group C to be wound back to get rid of visible warts after microwave,After the wound was recovered,the warts were cleaned with Paiteling diluted solution or wet compress and treated with anti-recurrence.Treatment process,based on method of visual simulation(VAS)score and record the patients' pain,and one week after the close of the initial period of treatment and curative effect evaluation to observe adverse reactions after treatment at the end of the wart body completely detached will be included in the subsequent relapse cases,and at 1,4,8,12,16 weeks follow-up recurrence.Results1.There was no statistically significant difference among the three groups in terms of sex,age,distribution of wart body,number of warts and the diameter of warts(P<0.05).2.The rate of group A and group C was significantly higher than that of group B,and the difference among group A and group B and group C was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.A group of wart body,group A and group C were significantly higher than group B at the end of the last treatment,and the difference among group A and group B and group C was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The incidence of adverse reactions in group A and group C was significantly lower than that in group B,and the difference among group A and group B and group C was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The recurrence rate of group A and group C was significantly lower than that of group B after 16 weeks of treatment,and the difference among group A and group B and group C was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The cure rate in group C was higher than that in group A,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in verruca clearance rate,recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion1.The cure rate of treatment of condyloma acuminatum with the combination of Paiteling and microwave alone is high,the rate of recurrence and adverse reaction is low,almost no scars,the effect is obviously better than that of microwave treatment.2.Paiteling combined with microwave therapy cure rate was higher than that of single Paiteling treatment,no significant difference between the wart clearance rate,recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate.3.Paiteling combined with microwave is safe and effective in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.In some areas with limited conditions,it can be used to treat condyloma acuminatum alone,and it can also get satisfactory results.
