Research On The Expression Of COX-2 In The Lesions Of Bowenoid Papulosis And Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective:1.To investigate the expression of COX-2 in condyloma acuminatum(CA).2.To investigate the expression of COX-2 in Bowenoid papulosis(BP).Method:Determined the cases of BP or CA to be selected,got the specimens from patients after the consent inform and preserved by paraffin imbedded. In the paraffin imbedded specimens verified histologically,the Envision immunohistology technology was applied to detect the COX-2 expresson, which will be analyzed by IMS image analysis system.The output results were the percentages of positive cell(positive cells/total cells) which would be contrasted with normal prepuce tissue.Result:In the pathology specimens of CA and BP,most COX-2 positive protein are in the cell membrane or in the cytoplasm which is near the cell membrane.The positive rate of the expression of COX-2 in the CA control is 82.14%,the expressed intensity is 1.143±0.705.The positive rate of the expression of COX-2 in the normal control is 10.00%,the expressed intensity is 0.100±0.316.P＜0.01,there is statistical difference between the two controls.The positive rate of the expression of COX-2 in the BP control is 85.71%,the expressed intensity is 1.423±0.742.The positive rate of the expression of COX-2 in the normal control is 10.00%,the expressed intensity is 0.100±0.316.P＜0.01,there is statistical difference between the two controls.Conclusion:There is statistical difference between the CA control and the normal control.There is statistical difference between the BP control and the normal control.Studying and researching the expression and contribution of COX-2 to CA and BP can not only conduce to further explaining the pathogenesy of CA and BP,but also furnish new idea to therapeutic measure and preveting recurrence,and provide theoretical according for the use of NSAID or specific COX-2 inhibitor to therapy CA and BP.
