| Objective1.Compare the treatment effects of two treatment methods on condyloma acuminatum infected by different subtypes of HPV.2.Define whether there is difference in treatment of low-risk and high-risk HPV infection,and single and multiple HPV infection.3.Summarize the negative conversion ratio of virus during and after two treatment methods.4.Follow up patients for recurrence rate within six months,so as to provide a reference for clinical treatmentObjects and methodsHPV typing detection was performed for patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted in Department of Dermatology of General Hospital of NingXia Medical University using the clinical case control method,and the qualified patients were selected according to the pathogenic site and typing result.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with ALA-photodynamic therapy,while the observation group was treated with pure traditional Chinese medicine,Paiteling,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.1.ObjectsThe objects of study were CA patients admitted in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from July 2005 to July 2016,and the diagnostic criteria were according to "Diagnostic Criteria and Treatment Principles of Condyloma Acuminatum of Ministry of Health(ws235-2003)"2.MethodsAll qualified patients were matched according to the HPV typing results: 1)The same HPV subtypes(including low-risk,high-risk,single-type and mixed-type HPV infection);2)The same infection site;3)The same gender.A total of 50 patients that were matched successfully were randomly divided into control group and experimental group(1:1).The control group was treated with ALA-photodynamic therapy,while the observation group was treated with Paiteling treatment.During the treatment and 3 months after treatment,HPV gene subtype detection was performed for 100 cast-off cells or wart tissues on interface of CA wart and mucous membrane using flow fluorescent hybridization assay,and the negative conversion ratio of virus and recurrence before,during and after treatment were compared,so as to further evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods.Comparisons: 1: Analysis of general data;2: Comparison of clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods;3.Comparison with research results of other experts Statistical methods: All data were compiled using EXCEL form,and SPSS18.0 software was used for statistical calculation;p<0.05 suggested that the difference was statistically significant.Results The following results were obtained through comparing the clinical efficacy between the two groups:1.Comparison of clinical efficacyThe negative detection rate of HPV in 50 CA patients in Paiteling group in the first review during treatment was 48.0%(24/50),that in the second review was 94.00%(47/50)and the total effective rate was 96.00% according to criteria of curative effect.The negative detection rate of HPV in 50 patients in ALA-photodynamic group was 32.0%(16/50),that in the second review was 78.00%(39/50)for the second review,and the total effective rate was82.0% according to criteria of curative effect.Comparison of the overall efficacy between the two groups(P <0.05)showed that the treatment effect of Paiteling is better than that ofALA-photodynamic therapy.Comparison of the curative effect on males receiving ALA-photodynamic therapy and Paiteling(P<0.05)showed difference,and the efficacy of Paiteling in the treatment of male CA was superior to ALA-photodynamic therapy.The comparison of efficacy of ALA-photodynamic therapy and Paiteling on low-risk HPV infection(P<0.05)showed the statistical significance,and the efficacy of Paiteling in the treatment of low-risk HPV infection was superior to ALA-photodynamic therapy.The comparison of efficacy of ALA-photodynamic therapy and Paiteling on multiple HPV infection(P<0.05)showed the statistical significance,and the efficacy of Paiteling was superior to ALA-photodynamic therapy.2.The cured and improved patients in the two groups were followed up for 6 months follow-up.After the possibility of HPV re-infection was eliminated,Paiteling group of patients relapsed,and the recurrence rate was 4.00%.ALA-photodynamic group relapsed,and the recurrence rate was 6.00%.The recurrence rate of Paiteling group was lower than that of ALA-photodynamic group.3.Compared with studies of other experts,Paiteling and ALA-photodynamic therapy were superior to traditional liquid nitrogen frozen,laser and fulguration,etc.Conclusions1.Two therapies achieve good effects in the treatment of CA.2.Two therapies cause slight local mucosal damage without damaging the organ structure and maintaining complete organ function.3.In terms of the clinical effects between the two groups,Paiteling group is characterized by the high negative conversion rate,high effective rate compared with ALA-photodynamic group,which has better therapeutic effect on low-risk and mixed-type infection.4.Paiteling has the advantages of short treatment time,low requirement of professional personnel,high autonomy for patients and low cost,so it can be accepted by patients more easily. |
