| Objective:to determine the massage "Shuman therapy" in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in rats index changes,clear mechanism,for the "Shuman therapy"massaee applied to clinical treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy experimental basis.Methods:36 diabetic rats were randomly divided into three groups:model group,massage group and drug group.Another 10 rats(the same age and weight were matched)as normal group.The massage group was treated with beam therapy,and the pressure was applied in two ways:"slow pressure and fast release" and "quick press release",and the treatment was performed once a day for 8 weeks.The drug group was treated with intramuscular injection of microne(a cobalt amine needle).The treatment was performed on the next day,and the left and right leg was alternately injected to facilitate absorption,and the total treatment was 8 weeks.To the model group,the massage group,the drug group and normal group four groups of anatomical materials respectively,measuring the rat sciatic nerve conduction velocity,sciatic nerve of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),body weight and blood glucose levels indicators,such as using SPSS 19.0 statistical software for data analysis.Results:compared with the model group and the massage group,the experimental results(P<0.05)were statistically significant.The index of ischial nerve conduction velocity was obviously improved,and the glycemic index was significantly decreased.Conclusion:the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by massage therapy can significantly improve the conduction velocity and blood glucose of the sciatic nerve.This reasoning,the massage effect mechanism of "Shuman therapy" is by improving the blood circulation,improve the nervous tissue cell nutrition supply,promote the ability of the repair and regeneration of nerve cells,and improve the sciatic nerve conduction function.. |
