| Objective: Through the selected by TCM compound water decoction, water extraction and alcohol sink and ethyl acetate extraction DPN rats to explore the intervention, on hemorheology and siatic nerve conduction velocity effect.Method: Rats with intraperitoneal injection streptozotocin-induced diabetic fungus copy chain of peripheral neuropathy model. Will ChengMo rats randomly divided into model group and different process interention group (namely water decoction group, water extraction and alcohol sink, ethyl acetate extraction group), the intervention group were given corresponding preparations, each group of 10, take and rat only age and weight of the normal match with 10 more rats, as normal control group. Using electrophysiological, pressure sensor method of technical means, observe different extraction technology of drugs for diabetes rat sciatic nerve conduction velocity and the influence of blood rheology.Results: Select the anti-hypoxia effect of water decoction can reduce diabetic rats blood glucose, and improve the sciatic nerve conduction velocity ChunChun sink group, water extraction and alcohol sink can significantly reduce rat whole blood viscosity, the red cell aggregation index and rigid index level of diabetes, and peripheral neuropathy play prevention and cure function. |
