The Clinical Observation Of Du Moxibustion Treating Alzheimer’s Disease Of Kidney Empty Marrow Reduction

Objective: The study aims to observe the clinical effect of“Du moxibustion”treating Alzheimer’s Disease,which kidney empty marrow reduction.Du moxibustion is one of the special TCM external treatments.Discussing the effect of Du moxibustion improve TCM symptoms,mental state,and the ability of daily life,laying a foundation for it’s clinical application.Method: 60 patients were included in the study,30 patients were randomly assigned to “Du moxibustion ”group,and the others were in “herb”group.After 2 course of treatment,MMSE,ADL,TCM symptoms integral will be analyzed for evaluating the clinical effect.Results: 1.After treatment the two groups can both improve the score of MMSE,ADL(P<0.05),however there is no significant different between the two group(P > 0.05).It suggests that the two methods can both improve the patients’ mental states and the ability of daily life.2.The two methods can both improve patients’ TCM symptoms visibly(P<0.05),Du moxibustion is better,and it is significantly different from “herb”group(P < 0.05).Especially there are 4 aspects which have particularly prominent improvement,the waist and knee soft lethargy,dizziness,urinary,incontinence.3.The total effective rate of Du moxibustion group is 82.14%,the herb group is 68.97%(P<0.05).Conclusion: Du moxibustion can effectively treat the AD,and improve patients’ clinical symptoms,mental states and ability of daily life.It is deserved to apply.
