The Clinical Observation On The Therapy Of Alcohol Induced-Osteonecrosis Of Femoral Head(phlegm-dampness Type)by Lingguizhugan Decoction And Simiao Powder

Purposes: To observe the clinical therapy of alcohol induced-osteonecrosis of femoral head with phlegm-dampness type by Lingguizhugan decoction and Simiao powder,and explore the possible mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of alcohol induced-osteonecrosis of femoral head,which for providing a simple and nonoperative treatment for the drug treatment of osteonecrosis of femoral head.Materials and methods: From May 2016 to December 2017,60 patients(with 92 hips)who suffered alcohol induced-osteonecrosis of the femoral head with phlegm-dampness type of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were elected as the research object,the patients were all male whose age from 26 to 60.In accordance with the order of consultation,the 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group in the way of a complete randomized controlled trial,30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with Lingguizhugan decoction and Simiao powder,Wudidan capsule,Alendronate sodium tablets,while the control group were treated with Wudidan capsule,Alendronate sodium tablets,3 months as a course of treatment,3 courses in total.Score the symptoms of joint pain,activity,gait,weakness of the lower limbs,muscle spasm and X-Ray in two groups of patients at the end of each course,compare the scores before and after treatment and analysis them,compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results: The symptoms of joint pain,activity,gait,weakness of the lower limbs and muscle spasm had been improved in treatment group after treatment(P<0.05);The symptoms of joint pain,activity,gait and weakness of the lower limbs had been improved in control group after treatment(P<0.05),too,but there is no obvious effect on improving the symptoms of muscle spasm(P>0.05).Through overall cfficacy comparison,the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%,while the control group was 76.67%,the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).By comparing X-Ray,the rate of necrosis in the treatment group was14.89%,while the control group was 35.56%,the rate of necrosis in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: A prescription based on Lingguizhugan decoction and Simiao powder can improve the symptoms of joint pain,activity,gait,weakness of the lower limbs and muscle spasm in patients with alcoholic induced-osteonecrosis of femoral head in the early and middle stages more effectively,delaying the progression of necrosis,the prescription has the characteristics of rigorous science,remarkable curative effect and so on,which is suggested that the prescription is worthy of clinical application.
