| Objective: To analyze the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution and possible related factors of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),and provide a new idea and reference for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD.It also provides a basis for the application of TCM constitution identification in the crowd.Methods: The medical history data of inpatients and outpatients from the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to February 2019 were collected.According to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,200 patients with NAFLD were selected,and the control group was 202 healthy people.Two groups of patients were identified for physical fitness.Statistical analysis was carried out on the results of constitutional identification and various biochemical indicators.Results:(1)General data,there was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups(P=0.23;P=0.21),but there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(2)The frequency of physical distribution of NAFLD group from high to low is: phlegm-dampness,qi-deficiency,damp-heat quality,yin deficiency,yang deficiency,peace,qi stagnation,blood sputum.The frequency of physical distribution of the control group from high to low is: peace and quality,qi deficiency,qi stagnation,phlegm and dampness,yang deficiency,yin deficiency,bloody sputum,damp heat,and sputum.(3)There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of the two groups(P<0.01).(4)Laboratory test indicators: there were significant differences in ALT,AST,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,FPG,SBP,DBP between the two groups(P<0.05).Except for HDL-C,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.01).(5)There were statistically significant differences in ALT,AST,TG,and FPG between the five types of constitutions with higher frequency.Conclusion: Based on this study,patients with NAFLD are mainly characterized by phlegm-dampness,qi-deficiency,damp-heat quality,yin deficiency,and yang deficiency.The distribution of constitution in patients with NAFLD is different from that in normal people.Compared with the healthy control group,the BMI,abdominal circumference,ALT,AST,TG,TC,LDL-C,FPG,SBP,DBP inpatients with NAFLD are high and there are statistically significant differences.Combined with the relevant research results,the development of TCM constitutional science provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD,which deserves further study. |
