Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the correlation between the expression of ki67 and the clinicopathological features of non Hodgkin's lymphoma in Xinjiang.Methods:The correlation between the expression level of ki67 and the clinicopathological features of 264 patients with non Hodgkin's lymphoma diagnosed in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2010 to December 2017 was analyzed retrospectively.Results:The results showed that the level of ki67 expression was statistically significant with the degree of malignancy(?2=121.996,P=0.000),the level of LDH(?2=5.127,P=0.029),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(?2=17.736,P=0.000),hemoglobin(?2=14.889,P=0.000),BCL-2(?2=15.422,P=0.000),BCL-6(?2=19.749,P=0.000),and MUM-1(?2=20.938,P=0.000),But The result also indicated that there was no significant relationship between ki-67 expression and clinicopathological features,including Sex,age,ethnic,group,IPI,extranodal site involvement,B symptoms,bone marrow involvement,presence of bulky tumors(>10cm in diameter),Ann Arbor staging,?2-microglobulin,CD5,CD10,CD20,PAX-5(P> 0.05).Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma was divided into Indolent lymphoma and invasive lymphoma according to the degree of invasion.The correlation between the expression of ki67 and clinicopathological features was studied.It was found that there was a correlation between the expression of ki67 and the expression of BCL-6 in Indolent lymphoma(?2=5.250,P=0.045).In invasive lymphoma,the expression of ki67 was correlated with the expression of BCL-6(?2=5.046,P=0.031),MUM-1(?2=10.034,P=0.003),and hemoglobin(?2=5.324,P=0.029).Similarly,no correlation was found between ki67 and other clinicopathological features(P> 0.05).conclusion:According to the expression of ki67,it provides a theoretical basis for the selection of individualized treatment and prognosis evaluation of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patients.
