Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of Ebpl and Ki67 and clinicopathological features in Gastric Carcinoma. Methods 121 cases of gastric carcinoma and 60 cases of adjacent tissues samples were collected from Gastrointestinal Surgery of YanBian University hospital. The expression of Ebp1 and Ki67 were detected by immunohistochemistry in gastric carcinoma and adjacent tissues samples, and analyzed the relationship between their expression and clinicopathological features of gastric carcinoma. Results The expression rates of Ebpl and Ki67 protein in gastric carcinoma were 26.45%and 73.55%,which significantly higher than those in the adjacent tissues were 5%and 0%,(P<0.05).The expression of Ebpl was significantly related with the Borrmann type, differential degree and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but there was not relationship with the gender, age, nation, tumor size and depth of invasion(P>0.05).The expression of Ki67 was significantly related with Bomann type, differential degree, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but there was no corelation with the gender, age, nation and tumor size.(P>0.05).The expression of Ebp1 and Ki67 were positively correlated(r= 0.34,P<0.05)in gastric carcinoma. Conclusion 1.The Ebp1 and Ki67 was high expression in gastric carcinoma and correlated with the clinicopathological features of gastric carcinoma. And the combining detection of Ebp1 and Ki67 can help determine the degree of malignancy and invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.2.The expression of Ebp1 and Ki67 in gastric carcinoma were significantly correlated.Ebp1 might be related with the proliferation of gastric carcinoma.
