Clinical Observation Of Gui Shenwan Combined With Xiao Yao San Treating Hypomenorrhea With Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stagnation

Objective:By observing the improvement of menstruation and clinical symptoms aftertakingGuiShenWancombinedwithXiaoYaoSaninpatientwith hypomenorrhean of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,and monitoring the changes of endometrial thickness,sex hormone levels before and after treatment,to objectively evaluate the curative effect of GuiShenWan combined with XiaoYaoSan,and to explore the mechanism of treating hypomenorrhea,so as to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation.Methods:60 patients who met the criteria of clinical observation were randomly divided into observation group?30 cases?treated with traditional Chinese medicine?GuiShenWan combined with XiaoYaoSan as the basic prescription?and control group?30 cases?treated with Chinese patent medicine?LiuWeiDiHuangWan combined with XiaoYaoWan?.A total of three menstrual cycles were treated.After the treatment,the clinical data collected were summarized,analyzed and compared to judge the effectiveness of clinical efficacy.Result:1.Both groups can increase menstrual volume?P=0.00?,and the observation group is better than the control group?P=0.00?.2.Both groups could increase the thickness of endometrium?P=0.00?,and the curative effect was similar?P=0.342?.3.Both groups could increase the level of serum E₂?P=0.00?,and the observation group was better than the control group?P=0.00?.4.Both groups can significantly improve the TCM clinical syndromes of patients?P=0.00?,and the curative effect was similar?P=0.381?.5.The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 76.7%and73.3%respectively.The curative effect of the two drugs was similar in comprehensive effect?P=0.752?.Conclusion:GuiShenWan combined with XiaoYaoSan can effectively treat hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and liver Stagnation type.
