ObjectiveExperimental and clinical studies have shown that the thymus resection is an effective method for treatment of the disease,is currently in analysis of prognostic factors affecting the effects of surgery and surgical treatment of benefit is the key of the research degree.Mainly through the observation under the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, the thymus gland resection in our hospital treatment of patients with myasthenia gravis regular follow-up,by comparing the before and after surgery, postoperative 6 months,1 year and 2 years after treatment, the incidence, clinical curative effect and survival crisis quality evaluation of surgery in the treatment of myasthenia gravis benefit and its influence on quality of life.MethodsOn April 1,2015 to March 1,2016 in the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of TCM thoracic surgery of the thymus gland resection in patients with myasthenia gravis follow-up,through outpatient, hospital, and telephone follow-up,the clinical data were collected by statistical analysis, comparative analysis under the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, before and after surgery, postoperative 6 months,1 year and 2 years after medication, crisis incidence, clinical curative effect.By comparing the relevant indicators, make a clear definition of the benefit of surgical treatment.Using SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis.ResultsOn April 1,2015 to March 2016 1 JCP 35 cases treated patients, including merge 1 breast cancer, prostate cancer,1 person, lost to 5 people,to follow up to 28 cases, including 9 male, female 19 people,to an average age of 38 patients with+17,average follow-up time of 21.7 and 18.3 months,to follow-up the finish shows ease in 1 case(3.6%),improve the 23 cases(82.1%),no change in 2 cases(7.1%),and worse in 2 cases(7.1%),comparative analysis of the factors affecting the prognosis of surgery and found:preoperative course length associated with prognosis; The gender, age, thymus pathology,MGFA classification, operation method has nothing to do with the postoperative curative effect; All patients did not appear myasthenia crisis during the follow-up period, may be associated with follow-up time, part lost in the patient's condition is unknown.Conclusionenlarged thymus resection is an effective method for treatment of myasthenia gravis,to reduce the progression and reduce the incidence of myasthenia crisis and improve the symptoms of muscle weakness and has a notable amendment effect on dosage, but for children patients, especially the eye muscle type patients curative effect is not exact, still needs large sample research.Medical treatment of stable phase, under the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, compared to pure western medicine treatment, the clinical curative effect, safety and drug side effects have a significant benefit.
