| In recent years,more and more medical imaging data have been generated as a result of the rapid development of medical imaging equipment and the improvement of China’s basic medical conditions.How to manage the massive imaging data is a tough task for many hospitals.With the higher requirements for medical care service and the consequent increase in the annual number of patients,the original hospital medical imaging information system can’t meet the needs of daily work in system flow and system function.This thesis studies the current information systems in medical imaging department and other information systems of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University.Then,based on HL7 standards the present study puts forward a scheme of comprehensive information system which is integrated with HIS(Hospital Information System),RIS(Radiology Information System)and PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System).According to the research objects,the thesis conducts need analysis of system construction,interface design of multi-system interaction,the design of construction and transmission of information based on HL7 standards and all the other system functions.Finally,the new information system tests are carried out in the department.The experimental results indicates that the new imaging information system can greatly improve the efficiency of medical imaging departments,reduce the waiting time of patients to improve the patient’s medical care experience and reduce the occurrence of doctor-patient conflicts.At the same time the Ministry of Health requires that the top three hospitals have a comprehensive and well-operated medical image information system.Therefore,this new information system has a broad application prospect. |
