Objective:In this study,spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type patients are divided into two groups,one group with Shu-Mu acupuncture and another group with conventional acupuncture.The purpose is to explore a more effective way to treat epigastric pain,and provide a positive meaning for further improving the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating this diseaseMethods:This study devides sixty patients who meeting the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria into two groups with random number table method,each group had 30 patients.The treatment group is based on pihu,weishu,zhongwan zhangmen and the control group consistes of zhongwan,zusanli,neiguan and gongsun.The two groups were treated 1 times a day,5 days a week for 4 weeks,according to the classification criteria of chronic gastritis endoscopy developed by the National Conference on Chronic Gastritis in 2003[1]and the principle of clinical guidelines for the study of new drugs in traditional Chinese medicine,Before and after treatment,we compare the six main symptom scores including epigastric pain,postprandial abdominal distention,loss of appetite,cold in stomach,cold in limbs,weakness in limbs,loose stool?symptom score of epigastralgiaand and the results of gastroscopy.After the end of the trial,we collect patients'data and establish a database,then we deal with the data by SPSS 22.0.Result:1.Comparison of the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups,five patients were cured in the group of Shu-Mu acupuncture,fifteen were markedly effective,eight were effective,the total effective rate was 93.33%.Two patients were cured in the group of conventional acupuncture,ten were markedly effective,forteen were effective,the total effective rate was 86.67%.the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Analysing the results from gastroscope reexamination,two patients were cured in the group of Shu-Mu acupuncture,forteen were markedly effective,nine were effective,the total effective rate was 83.3%.One patients were cured in the group of conventional acupuncture,twelve were markedly effective,eleven were effective,the total effective rate was 80%.,the difference has no statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Before treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group has no statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,there was statistical significance in the comparison intra group and inter group comparison(P<0.05);in the improvement of stomachache symptoms,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the two methods can improve the clinical symptoms of TCM,but the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Comparing the epigastralgia score,there was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),After treatment,there was statistical significance in the comparison intra group and inter group comparison(P<0.05).It shows that the two treatments can improve the symptoms of epigastric pain,but the curative effect of the treatment group is obviously better than that of the control group,improring the symptom of postprandial abdominal distention,loss of appetite,cold in stomach,cold in limbs,weakness in limbs,loose stool,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type with Shu-Mu acupuncture was better than conventional acupuncture,it can improve patients' clinical symptoms and relieve stomachache..It is safe and reliable,and is worthy of clinical application.However,now it does not show superiority in the repair of gastric mucosa.
