The Clinical Study Of XinJiaQingPu Decoction Combined With Ppi Treating Helicobacter Pylori Associated Gastritis Of Dampness-heat Of Spleen And Stomach Syndrome

Purpose:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Xin Jia Qing Pu decoction combined with PPI inhibitors in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis of the dampness-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome, to explore the feasibility of Chinese medicine combined with PPI to eradicate H.pylori, and the TCM symptoms efficacy, to aim at finding a safe and effective anti H.pylori treatment.Method:Selected 60 patients from Chinese Medicine Hospital of Nanjing which were diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis of the dampness-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome from April to December in 2015. The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The former group were given Xin Jia Qing Pu decoction combined with Omeprazole, oral 2 weeks are around for a course of treatment. While the latter group were given western triple therapy medicine for 1 week. During the treatment, to observed the drug adverse events of patients.After the treatment,to compare the TCM clinical curative effect of the two groups.One month intervals after treatment, to detect the H.pylori eradication.Result:H.pylor eradication rate,15 patients of treatment group had negative cases, and the H.pylori eradication rate was 50%; while 17 patients of treatment group had negative cases, and the H.pylori eradication rate was 56.7%,the statistical analysis showed that the two methods of treatment had the same effect in H.pylori eradication rate (P>0.05). The evaluation of clinical efficiency, the total effective rate of the treatment of group was 86.7%; 63.3% in the control group, the statistical analysis showed that two methds of the treatment had the advantages in improving the TCM symptom scores. Within the group,the symptoms of stool sticky, belching, and dry mouth in the control group had the no statistically significant (P>0.05), and the rest of the symptoms had the statistically significant (P<0.05).The methds of the treatment group was better for improving the TCM symptom. Between the two groups,cthe treatment group was better in improving the TCM symptom of belching, dry and bitter mouth, short yellow urine, but had the same effect in epigastric pain, epigastri fullness, eat less poor appetite, stool sticky,acid reflux,bad breath and body weight difficulties (P>0.05). During the treatment,the drug adverse reactions of the treatment group was 6.7%; 33.3% in the control group, the statistical analysis showed that the treatment group had the advantages in drug safety (P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Xin Jia Qing Pu decoction combined with Omeprazole had almost the same H.pylori eradication effect than the western triple therapy,and obvious advantages in improving TCM symptom scores of the H.pylori associated gastritis patients of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome, and had better drug security,and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine to inhiting H.pylori affected intragastric pH,and the traditional Chinese medicine, a certain extent,can replace antibiotics to play a role in anti-H.pylori.
