Western medicine group (standard stripe therapy) was given Omeprazole tablets,20mg p. o Bid, Clarithromycin Capsules0.5g p. o Bid and Amoxicillin1.0g p. o Bid. The course was10days. Omeprazole was taken5-10minutes before meals. Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin Capsules were taken after meals10-20minutes. TCM group were given Chai Hu Shu Gan San formula one dose twice a day. The course was4weeks. Integrative medicine group were given both above. The course was4weeks, too. During the treatment, we should observe the adverse reactions in patients, record the improvement of clinical symptom before and after treatment, fill in the PRO tables, and inspect the routine examination (blood, urine, stool routine examination, liver and kidney function, ECG). To evaluate the therapeutic effect, we observed clinical symptom score changes before and after treatment, the performance of endoscope and pathological changes.Result:The specific results are as follows:(1)In the eradication of HP aspects:The H. pylori eradication rate in descending order was: the integrative medicine group(73.7%)> western medicine group (60.0%)> the TCM group (45.0%). There was significant difference between the integrative medicine group and the former two groups (P<0.05).(2)The improvement of clinical symptoms:By comparing the main clinical symptom score changes before and after treatment, the integrative medicine group could significantly alleviate the symptoms of patients with stomach pain, bloating, Tunsuan, belching, etc. There was significant difference compared to the western group (P<0.01).(3) The comprehensive clinical curative effect:the total effective rate of the integrative medicine group was90.0%, the western group was71.7%and the TCM group was65%. The integrative medicine group was significantly higher than the first two (P<0.05).(4)Endoscopic mucosal repair before and after treatment:The results show that total effective rate of integrative medicine group was88.3%, western medicine group was55%and TCM group was 50%. The efficacy of integrative was significantly better than the western medicine and TCM group (P<0.01).(5) Histopathological examination of gastric mucosa: Integrative medicine group was better than the western medicine group and TCM group in reducing gastric mucosal inflammation and preventing the inflammation to atrophy and intestinal epithelial metaplasia (P<0.05).Consult:Three groups of treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated chronic gastritis with incoordination between liver is effective. The integrative medicine group was significantly better than the western medicine group and the TCM group (P<0.01). The integrative medicine group could improve the HP eradication rate, the clinical symptoms effectively and the quality of life of patients. Besides, this method of treatment could reduce inflammation of gastric mucosa and prevent the further development of glandular atrophy and intestinal epithelial cell metaplasia.
