Observation Of Clinical Effect Of Liujunzhuyutang Treatment Of CAG Based On Pathological Change

Objective: The effect of Professor Su Juanping's experience prescription "Liujunzhuyutang" in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(spleen deficiency stasis type)is observed in this experiment.To verify the efficacy and safety of this prescription in the treatment of this disease,and provide evidence-based medical evidence for its clinical application.At the same time,we take the change of Gastric Mucosal pathological tissue as the breakthrough point to explore its possible mechanism of action,and provide a new clinical train of thought for TCM treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods: 80 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis spleen deficiency stasis type)were selected in accordance with the inclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into 40 cases in the treatment group and the control group.There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease,major symptoms,gastroscopy,pathology and HP infection rate in the two groups.The treatment group oral Liujunzhuyutang(2 times daily),control group was treated with Weifuchun tablet(3 times a day,4 tablets each time),6 months as a 1 course of treatment,after taking medicine for a courses,The clinical curative effect of the Liujunzhuyutang was evaluated objectively by the TCM syndrome score,gastroscope and pathological results before and after the treatment.And before treatment,third months after treatment,liver function,kidney function and other safety indicators.Results:(1)the evaluation of the curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the total effective rate of the control group was 82.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The results of gastroscopy result: the total effective rate in the treatment group was 75%,the total effective rate of the control group was 62.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)pathological tissue curative effect evaluation: In the treatment of atrophic Liujunzhuyutang group the total effective rate was 80%,Weifuchun group total effective rate was 67.5%,Liujunzhuyutang in the treatment of gastric mucosa pathological atrophy better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of reversing intestinal metaplasia,the total effective rate of Liujunzhuyutang group was 73.5%,and the total effective rate of control group was 53.1%,showing that the effect of Liujunzhuyutang in the treatment of Gastric Mucosal pathological tissue and intestinal metaplasia is better than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).in the treatment of dysplasia six Jun Zhuyu Decoction group the total effective rate was 62.5%,control group total effective rate was 57.1%,efficacy,no significant difference(P > 0.05)(4)Comprehensive curative effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group was80%,the total effective rate of the control group was 67.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:From the above results,it is concluded that the Liujunzhuyutang is effective in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(spleen deficiency stasis type).It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,improve the mucosal lesion under the gastroscope,and have a good effect on reversing the pathological changes of the gastric mucosa.The treatment group has no adverse reaction,safe and effective,and has a certain value of popularization and application.
