Objective:Ultra-instruction medication has become a global concern.Through in-d epth investigation and study of the basic situation of pediatric patients in outpati ents and inpatients in January and December 2017 from three medical and health institutions in Beijing,the incidence,main types,causes and management measu res of the over-specified medications were analyzed.And from the government,e nterprises,hospitals,individuals and other aspects to solve the problem of childre n's over-specified drug use as soon as possible,promote children's safety and rati onal use of drugs to propose relevant countermeasures and recommendations,for the government health administrative decision-making departments to further cons olidate the implementation of the national essential drug system,the formulationo f relevant policies The regulations provide a scientific theoretical basis.Methods:The research method combining qualitative research and quantitative research is mainly used.First of all,through the Chinese Chinese database such as China Knowledge Network,Weipu,Wanfang,and the official websites of drug administration departments of PubMed,ScienceDirect,WHO,etc.,to retrieve domestic and foreign laws,regulations,regulations,and policy documents on children's over-the-counter medications.The basic situation and problems of children's over-the-counter medications;3 medical and health institutions in Beijing were selected,and the outpatient prescriptions and inpatient medical records of pediatric patients from January2017 to December 2017 were randomly selected as the source of the survey.The Microsoft Excel 2010 form collects the basic information and medication instructions of the child,and compares it with the latest version of the drug manual;applies the mathematical statistics software SPSS19.0 as an analysis tool,and uses the ?2 test to check out the children's clinics between different age groups.The difference in the incidence of over-the-counter medications in hospitals was compared and analyzed.Results : Outpatient prescription:(1)A Hospital,B Hospital,C Hospital pediatric outpatient over-the-counter medication incidence rate,according to outpatient prescriptions are 77.25%,52.92%,89.33%,according to the medication doctor's note to be 54.04%,80.43%,93.74%;(2)doses,frequency of administration,indications,age are the main types of over-the-medication in pediatric outpatients;(3)pediatric patients in three hospitals are common in outpatients of different ages,and There are differences in the use of super-instructions between different age groups in various hospitals.Inpatient medical records:(1)A Hospital,B Hospital,C Hospital pediatric inpatient over-the-counter medication incidence rate,according to the hospital records are recorded respectively 93.04%,95.83%,97.60%,according to the medication doctor's note to be 80.73%,89.88%,97.40%;(2)dosage,age,frequency of administration,indications are the main types of pediatric inpatient over-the-counter medication;(3)pediatric patients in three hospitals are widely used in hospitals for different ages,and There are differences in the use of super-instructions between different age groups in various hospitals.Conclusion:At present,the problems faced by children in China for over-instruction of drugs are very serious.In the practice of pediatric medical care,because the condition of the child is more complicated,if the doctor only uses the medicine according to the provisions of the drug label,the child may not enjoy the new results of clinical practice,and may even have no medicine available,so the behavior of the super specification is unavoidable.Must be faced correctly.In the further implementation and implementationof relevant super-instruction drug use policies and regulations,it is necessary to establish a linkage management system led by government departments,society,enterprises,medical institutions and patients to fully participate and cooperate with each other to ensure children's clinical safety and rational use of drugs.
