time,the number of children under 14 years of age is also slightly upward in the stability situation.A slight increase in the population of children,and the increasing attention to the health of the people,and the lagging effects caused by the environmental problems in the previous years have made the children in the hospital of Pediatrics and children's hospitals steadily increase.The situation of children's medications that do not match the rising demand for medications has caused many problems in children's medication in China.Children's lack of special drugs,serious shortage of drugs suitable for children,unclear drug specifications,lack of specifications,unreasonable dosage forms,difficult-to-control dosages,lack of relevant guidelines,and related lists are all serious problems of children's drug use at present.Therefore,in view of the above problems,this study will be carried out from several aspects:?To summarize and sort out the development of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics from ancient times to the present,understand the history of the development of children's medication in China,and find out the relationship between Chinese medicine through the understanding of the history of medical history and the current solution to children's medications.?The survey investigates current awareness and perceptions of children's drug use,and seeks advice for parents and prospective parents,by understanding the misunderstandings and doubts that are present in the process of choosing and using drugs for the children,especially the parents,find out the advice that can be provided to the parents and para parents,as well as the advice to the media.?Understand China's current child drug-related policies,and make horizontal comparisons with the U.S.Food and Drug Administration's pharmaceuticals,especially children's drug related policies,pay attention to related clinical trial policies,understand the similarities and differences of policies,according to our current situation and system similarities and differences propose countermeasures.?Understand the directory of China's Medicare and Essential Medicines,understand the WHO's list of basic medicines for children,and conduct horizontal comparative analysis between China and the World Health Organization's Children's Essential Medicines Catalogue,research similarities and differences,combined with the situation of China,we will make suggestions for future development of children's drug catalogue.?The use of meta-analysis to study the role and clinical evaluation of Chinese herbal compound preparations in the clinical treatment of children with acute respiratory tract infections,as well as the advantages and problems of clinical integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and to make certain judgments and suggestions for clinically more effective treatments.METHODS:Literature Method:Through the collection of relevant literature,monographs,and the study of the history of Chinese pediatrics and the root of the problems,we can know about the domestic policy arrangement for children's medicine use,and the research process of the current situation of the use of drugs for children in order to understand the current needs,development and status of the use of drugs for children in our country,and to understand the existing problems of the current use of drugs for children.Comparative Analysis:Through the comparative analysis of drug policy in the United States and China,the development process of different medicine and the process of examination and approval of the drug listed in China and the United States are understood,and some references and suggestions are provided for the relevant policies of Chinese children's medicine,and providing some references and suggestions for improving children's medicine supervision system.Quantitative Analysis:Utilize software SPSS 19.0 to analyze the data of the fifth WHO model list of essential medicines for children in species and so on,compared with the related data of the 2012 edition of essential medicines list,we can analyze the shortcomings of our children's medication in our medical insurance directory.Meta Analysis:Meta-analysis was conducted with the software Review Manager 5.2.To evaluate the clinical effect of Qingkailing Injection on the treatment of acute upper respiratory infection in children,analyze the clinical effect and adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injection,and analyze the development possibility of the next step of Chinese traditional medicine.Questionnaire Method:Using the questionnaire survey,to understand the views and needs of the society for the use of drugs for children,analyze the differences between the different options,and compare some of the data with the white paper on the Safety survey report on children's medicine use in 2016 to understand the needs of the people in order to make suggestions on the knowledge of the media and parents.RESULTS:The current situation of children's medicine use in our country:children's special drugs,children's special specifications and children's special dosage forms are few in drug aspects.Since.the national catalogue of drugs is published in 2009,the catalogue of drugs will be added and modified every other time,and a certain amount will be added to the medicine catalogue every time,but there is still a lack of drugs for children in aspects of drug catalogues;in policy,since the first special policy on children's medicine use in 2014,the country has introduced a number of policies to help the development of children's medicine use,in general,the number of policies and the level of the policy have reached the level of solving the problem of children's medicine use,but it is still under effort.In the field of rational use of drugs,the lack of specific list of children's medicines,the lack of special drugs,doses and dosage forms of children,that leads to the prevalence of super instructions;in parents' cognition,when parents give their children the discretion to judge the amount of drugs or the situation of the combined use of drugs.The problem of children's drug use in China:lack of children's medicines,children's special drugs,inadequate dosage forms for children,lack of appropriate children's suitable specifications,inadequate supply of drugs for children,insufficient supply of clinical essential drugs,lack of information for drug use in children's instructions,lack of clinical trial test for children,and drug use letter for children in pharmaceutical instructions.The lack of interest rates and pediatric super instructions are common;lack of guidelines and standards for drugs,lack of human resources,lack of guidelines,lack of standards,irrational use of drugs,drug use errors,drug damage and so on.CONCLUSIONS:From ancient times to modern times,the Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine has been in a state of continuous development.Monographs and classics have been able to meet the needs of children for drugs at that time.After a modern war and the development of Chinese and Western medicine in the Republic of China and the abolition of various Chinese medicine policies,certain To a certain extent,it has affected the development of pediatric medicine and children's medicine in China.Under the continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine philology and the ongoing collation and discussion of the Chinese side,we should also discuss the appropriate increase in the dosage forms and types of proprietary Chinese medicines to meet the current needs of the clinic.We hope that the assessment of safety can be viewed more rationally.Chinese medicine,the development of western medicine type,and encourage more Chinese medicines suitable for children applied to pediatrics.As for the government,many domestic policies that favor the development of children's drug use have yet to be implemented.At the same time,the process of reviewing and approving children's urgently needed drugs needs to be improved.The development of children's clinical trials needs to be strengthened,and the production of children's drugs needs more strict control.In terms of the updated national essential medicines list and medical insurance catalog in recent years,the types,quantities,and dosage forms of children's medications are gradually increasing,but there is a lack of child-specific dosage forms and specifications suitable for the corresponding doses for the reasons for implementation,pending the government and the enterprises.Work together.At the same time,the government should strictly supervise the pharmaceutical process,from the preliminary data,approval,to production,processing,to the final sales,should have strict supervision and management.For enterprises,they should have a sense of mission and responsibility,actively respond to the national call for and encouragement of children's drug research and development,and actively cooperate with hospitals,R&D institutions,related universities,and some database organizations to support children with more comprehensive data sources.Drug development.From the selection and screening of raw materials to the process of each step,companies should take every step of the production process with a strong sense of responsibility to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the drugs.In view of the problem of drug specifications,drug dispensing devices,or related measuring devices,may be appropriately provided in the drug,which has solved the urgent problem of current drug dispensing difficulties.For the public and the media,there should be a correct knowledge
