Objective: To observe the clinical effect of chaihu plus kejieyue decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(Functional dyspepsia)epigastric pain syndrome(Epigastric pain syndrome).Based on the overall concept of TCM and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation, this paper proves the safety and efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine formula, and provides more reliable treatment basis and more effective treatment scheme for clinical use. Methods: A total of 72 patients with functional dyspepsia upper abdominal pain syndrome(fas)diagnosed by professor liu tiejun from the clinic of guoyitang, the affiliated hospital of changchun university of Chinese medicine, were randomly divided into the treatment group(36 cases)and the control group(36 cases).Because some samples may fall off during the whole observation process, the sample size was increased by 20% on the basis of 60 cases.Treatment group: to chaihu plus keel oyster decoction plus or minus, control group: to qizhiweitong granules, both groups for 28 days, and observation for 28days;During the whole clinical treatment process, patients’ symptom changes were closely observed, and symptom scores were recorded to compare the differences, and the results were obtained through statistical processing. Results: Sixty-six patients followed the treatment regimen to complete the study,33 patients in both treatment group and control group. The total efficacy of the two groups was compared: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.97%,and that of the control group was 81.82%.The rank sum test showed a statistical difference of P=0.002<0.05,indicating that the total efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The total score of symptoms of the two groups after treatment was compared:P=0.000<0.05,showing a statistical difference, indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of TCM.After treatment, the scores of symptoms in the two groups were compared: epigastric pain,two-side bloating, frequent belching, and good sighing. After t test,P<0.05,showing statisticaldifference. After t test,P>0.05,no statistical difference was found in the scores of other symptoms. It can be shown that the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving the epigastric pain, bloating of both sides, frequent belching and good sighing. Conclusion: In the treatment of functional dyspepsia with upper abdominal pain syndrome, chaihu plus keeling-oyster decoction can effectively alleviate or eliminate the symptoms of patients, and its efficacy is significantly better than qizhiweitong granules. No adverse safety events occurred during the whole clinical observation.Through the clinical observation of this method,it once again reflects the high efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the flexible application of traditional Chinese medicine classic prescriptions through the holistic concept and syndrome differentiation, and provides a new clinical thinking and more effective treatment method for the clinical research of this disease.
