Clinical Study On Effect Of Bushen Qutan Decoction On Endometrial Receptivity Of Kidney Deficiency And Dampness Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective : Through clinical observation and statistical analysis,systematically evaluate the effect of Bushen Qutan Decoction on endometrial receptivity after excretion of clomiphene citrate in patients with kidney deficiency and dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome,and explore its mechanism of action for clinical treatment of polycystic ovary Patients with syndromes have reduced endometrial receptivity and low pregnancy rate after promotion,providing new ideas and methods.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,70 patients in the outpatient clinic were randomly divided into two groups,35 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Bushen Decoction combined with clomiphene,and the control group was treated with clomiphene.Menstrual cycle,observation of endometrial type before and after treatment,luteal phase endometrial thickness,uterine artery pulsation index and resistance index,serum E2,P levels.The scale of the TCM syndrome was used to observe the TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndromes,and the clinical pregnancy rate.A statistical analysis was made based on the results.Results:(1)TCM syndrome: The total effective rate of Bushen Decoction combined with clomiphene on the improvement of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 88%,and the effective rate of the control group was 62.1%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were improved before and after treatment,and the treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).(2)Super-acoustic index: The improvement of luteal phase endometrial thickness and HCG day endometrial type in the treatment group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of uterine artery PI and RI in the luteal phase of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(3)Hormone levels: The serum E2 level in the luteal phase was higher in the treatment group than in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The serum P level was better in the treatment group than in the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.(4)The pregnancy rate was 11 in the treatment group,the pregnancy rate was 34.4%,and the pregnancy was 4 in the control group.Thepregnancy rate was 12.12%.The pregnancy rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)Bushen Qutan Decoction is effective in improving the endometrial receptivity of patients with kidney deficiency and dampness type PCOS.(2)Bushen Qutan Decoction can improve the thickness,type and blood flow of endometrium in patients with PCOS,thereby improving endometrial receptivity.(3)Bushen Qutan Decoction can affect the endometrial receptivity by improving the level of serum progesterone.(4)For patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,kidney-tonifying and expectorant decoction combined with clomifen can improve clinical symptoms and pregnancy rate of patients by tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation,invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
