Clinical Observation Of Fire Needle Combined With 308nm Excimer Light In The Treatment Of Stable Vitiligo

Objective:To discuss the efficacy and safety of combination therapy of fire needle and 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of stable vitiligo.It provides a basis for clinical research on the treatment of vitiligo with fire needle and 308 nm excimer laser.To make the fire needle technology and 308 nm excimer laser to extend the application in clinic.Methods:From December 2016 to January 2018,a total of 40 patients with stable vitiligo in the Integrative Medicine Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with fire needle combined with 308 nm excimer laser treatment,The control group was treated with 308 nm excimer light therapy,treatment for 12 weeks.Treatment phase of the two groups of patients were carried out by specialist nurse practitioner vitiligo treatment related mission,such as avoid exposure and trauma,keep calm state of mind,reduce the consumption of orange,orange and green pepper and other food rich in vitamin C,etc.The age,gender,course of disease,location and area of the white spot were compared between the treatment group and the control group before treatment.After treatment,the improvement of white spot was integrated,and data processing was conducted through SPSS 22.0 statistical software.To evaluate the efficacy of fire needle therapy combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of stable vitiligo,and its security is observed,summarize the treatment advantage,pay attention to the possible adverse reactions during treatment.Results:Compared with the control group for 6 weeks,the results showed that P>0.05 was not statistically significant.Compared with the control group for 12 weeks,the results showed P<0.05 and the difference was statistically significant.The average rank of the treatment group was 31.32 < the average rank of the control group was 42.29,and the treatment group was better than the control group.According to the rank and test of various levels of data,the statistical quantity H=18.244,p<0.0001,the difference is statistically significant,and it can be considered that the effective rate of skin loss in the treatment group is different,that is,the effect is related to the site.In comparison,the differences between the face and trunk,extremities and limbs were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the skin lesions of hand and foot,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the other parts(P>0.05).According to the average rank of each part,it is considered that the effect of facial skin is better than that of trunk,limbs and hand foot skin,and the effect of trunk skin is better than that of hand and foot skin.Compared with the curative effect,the statistical quantity H=5.614,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and it could be concluded that the skin lesion had no effect on the treatment group’s efficacy.Prick the skin after the treatment group 24h-48 h has redness exudation and crusting,without special treatment.None of the cases showed infection or scar,and 2 patients had obvious pain,but could persist in treatment.After the treatment of 308 nm excimer laser,mild erythema appeared in the skin lesions,accompanied by mild itching,local cold and wet application,and adjustment of radiation dose to continue treatment.In all cases,the lesions were not seen in the lesions on the erythema basal layer,and the erythema may gradually subside in 5~7 days.In the clinical study,no obvious adverse reactions were observed in the control group and the treatment group,and the blood cell analysis and liver and kidney function were not abnormal.Conclusion : The fire needle and 308 nm excimer laser is safe and effective in the treatment of stable vitiligo,with small side effects.In addition,it is better to improve the patient’s symptoms and reduce the area of skin lesions than the simple use of 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo.Therefore,it can provide new evidence for clinical treatment of vitiligo.It is worth further research and application.
