ObjectiveBy analyzing the relationship between different TCM syndrome types and body mass index, albumin, hemoglobin and blood lipids in patients with diabetic foot,it provides an objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation of diabetic foot, provides assistance for clinical syndrome differentiation, and deepens the understanding of TCM in diabetic foot.Provide a basis for clinical prevention of diabetic foot.MethodsA retrospective study was conducted to collect 171 diabetic patients who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Inpatient Department of Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2016 to December 2018.At the same time,57 patients with diabetes mellitus who were hospitalized during the same period were selected. As a control group.Collect the general conditions of the two groups of patients such as age, gender, current medical history, height, weight, clinical symptoms, signs, four diagnostic data and routine examinations:blood routine, liver function 8,blood lipid 4(serum total cholesterol, glycerol Three vinegar,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol);statistical analysis of the statistical data using SPSS software, the test level a=0.05.Results1.Among the 171 cases of diabetic foot group,103 were male,68 were female,57 were in diabetic group, including 39 male and 18 female;the average age of diabetic foot group was 58.94±9.80,and the average age of diabetic group was 53.18±8.08.There was a significant difference in age between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Compared with the diabetic group, the levels of BMI,Hb,ALB,TC and TG in the diabetic group were significantly lower than those in the diabetic group, and there were significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of HDL-C and LDL-C in the two groups were not significant. There was no significant difference in sex(P>0.05).3.The BMI level of dampness and heat syndrome was higher than that of qi and blood deficiency syndrome(P<0.05),cold and dampness syndrome(P<0.05),heat poisoning and yin syndrome(P<0.05),blood stasis syndrome(P<0.01).)have a significant increase.4,Hb level of qi and blood deficiency syndrome is more hot and poisonous Yin syndrome(P<0.05),blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05),dampness and heat syndrome(P<0.05),cold and dampness syndrome(P<0.05))have significant reductions.5,heat toxicity, yin syndrome,Alb level is more than qi and blood deficiency syndrome(P<0.05),cold and dampness syndrome(P<0.05),blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05),damp heat and phlegm syndrome(P<0.05))have significant reductions.6.The TC level of cold and dampness syndrome was higher than that of qi and blood deficiency syndrome(P<0.05),heat poisoning and yin syndrome(P<0.05),blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05)was significantly increased, and damp heat There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of TG,LDL-C and HDL-C between different syndrome types(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Diabetic foot patients and diabetic patients are mostly male, and diabetic foot is in the late stage of the disease,so the age is greater than that of patients with diabetes.2.The levels of BMI,hemoglobin, albumin and TC in patients with diabetic foot were significantly lower than those in the diabetic group. It is necessary to pay attention to the nutrition management and support of diabetic foot patients at an early stage.3,damp heat and phlegm syndrome BMI level is the highest, should pay attention to weight management, clinically obese diabetic foot patients can be used as a reference standard for dampness and heat.4,the qi and blood deficiency syndrome Hb level is the lowest, hemoglobin level is significantly lower than the normal value can be used as a reference for the deficiency of qi and blood and qi and blood deficiency syndrome in the late stage of diabetic foot disease.5,albumin level heat poisoning yin proved to be lower than other syndromes, clinical low albumin level can be used as a diagnostic basis for heat poisoning yin syndrome.6.The TC level of cold and dampness syndrome is significantly higher than other syndrome types, and the total cholesterol level is significantly higher than normal as the basis for the diagnosis of cold and dampness syndrome.Key words:diabetic foot;TCM syndrome;BMI;hemoglobin;albumin;Through the relationship between different TCM syndrome types and body mass index, albumin, hemoglobin and blood lipids in diabetic foot patients,it provides an objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation of diabetic foot, provides assistance for clinical syndrome differentiation, and deepens the understanding of TCM in diabetic foot.Provide a basis for clinical prevention of diabetic foot.
