The Study Of Prescription Rules Of Chinese Medicine For Professor In Treating Cancer With Constipation Based On The Data Mining

ObjectiveThrough the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS V2.5)software to explore the prescription rules and experiences of Professor Zhou in treating cancer with constipation and explore the application scope of the new prescription in order to provide potentially useful treatments for cancer with constipation to improve clinical outcomes.At the same time,this study also summarizes the academic ideas of Professor Zhou through data mining,which contributes to the inheritance of the experience of Chinese medicine practitioners and improves the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.MethodsThis research is divided into literature research and data research.The literature research was carried out as two aspects:Chinese medicine and Western medicine.In western medicine,the epidemiology,pathogenesis and treatment of cancer with constipation were studied.In traditional Chinese medicine,from the ancient books,the disease name,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of constipation are studied.Based on data mining of the cancer with constipation cases treated by Professor Zhou in 2018,the traditional Chinese medicine in the prescription was analyzed by the data mining method in TCMISS(V2.5),and the medication rule and experience of Professor Zhou to treat cancer with constipation was summarized.ResultsThere are 109 patients diagnosed as cancer with constipation and treated by Professor Zhou in Guangdong Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018,including 47 males and 62 females,with a ratio of 1:1.3,with an average age of 59.1±13.2 years.The minimum age at the time of treatment is 26 years old.The maximum age is 93 years old.The study included 270 prescriptions,including 218 Chinese herbal medicines,with a total medication frequency of 4969,and an average of 18 kind medications per prescription.The top ten high-frequency medications are red yeast rice,radix astragali,solanum nigrum,steamed rhei radix,codonopsis,eupolyphaga steleophaga,cassia twig,radix paeoniae rubra,rhizoma pinellinae praeparata and poria cocos.The top six kinds of high-frequency Chinese medicines are drugs for tonifying deficiency,resolving phlegm,relieving cough,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,heat-clearing,purging drugs and promoting water and dampening.The four natures used are mainly warm,cold and flat.The five flavors are mainly bitter,sweet and pungent.The top frequency of medication meridian entry is spleen,liver,lung,stomach,heart,large intestine and kidney and so on.In the analysis of association rules,the related drugs with a confidence level of 1 contain scutellaria baicalensis,steleophaga,radix rehmanniae recens,peach kernel,almond,prepared radix glycyrrhizae,radix paeoniae alba,centipede,steamed rhei radix and scorpio.Nine new prescriptions were unearthed through unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.ConclusionProfessor Zhou Hong believes that the pathogenesis of malignant tumor constipation is qi deficiency,qi stagnation,blood stasis and blood stasis and cancer toxin stagnation;in treatment,tonifying qi,strengthening the spleen,invigorating the circulation of blood,nourishing the blood,clearing heat,dredging the viscera and anticancer detoxification is the basic law.Emphasis on the combination of physical identification and dialectical differentiation,cold and warm use,medication and peace;mainly based on sputum drugs,with tonic drugs,change physical fitness.This study analyzed the medication rules of Professor Zhou Hong from the frequency of traditional Chinese medicine,four gas,five flavors and returning to the classics,and provided ideas for the treatment of malignant tumor constipation.
