Study On The Medication Rule Of Famous Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Eczema Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:This study used the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform to analyze the eczema medical records of famous Chinese doctors,summarize their medication experience in the treatment of eczema,analyze their unique medication rules.To find the most effective ideas for the treatment of eczema and provide a new direction for the treatment of eczema.This will help more patients with eczema to alleviate and relieve their pain.Methods:Based on "Contemporary TCM Dermatology Clinicians Series",a total of 209 eligible prescriptions for the treatment of eczema were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and entered them into the "Clinical Collection" system of the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform to establish a database for the study,According to the platform’s frequency analysis,return analysis,four gas and five flavor analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis,etc.,explore the rules of drug use,and analyze the composition of new prescriptions generated.Results:The 209 prescriptions for the treatment of eczema include a total of 267 drugs,and a total of 86 drugs were used more than 10 times,including white fresh peel,licorice,rehmannia,scutellaria,moutan bark,sophora flavescens,red peony root,kochia scoparia,barley seed,fangfeng ranks in the top ten.The four qi used in the 209 first prescriptions for the treatment of eczema were cold,accounting for 58.9%,accounting for more than half of the four qi,mild and peaceful drugs accounted for the same proportion,each accounting for 19%,and hot drugs accounted for the least;The five flavors of traditional Chinese medicines have the highest proportion of bitter drugs,followed by sweet ones,with the two accounting for72%;The meridian to which the medicine belongs is the liver meridian the most,followed by the stomach,spleen,and heart meridians.In the prescription rule page,the support degree was setted to 33 to obtain the frequency distribution of the drug combination.A total of 29 combinations are obtained.It was found that the top five are the combination of baixianpi-shengdi,the combination of shengdi-licorice,the combination of sophora flavescens-daihuang,the combination of scutellaria-radix rehmanniae,and the combination of radix rehmanniae-paeonium.The efficacy of these traditional Chinese medicine combinations are mainly heat-clearing and cooling-blood medicines;Setting the support degree to 33 and the confidence degree to 0.6,14 groups of combinations with a confidence degree greater than 0.6are obtained,schizonepeta tenuifolia and saposhnikovia divaricata,smilax glabra and cortex dictamni,sophora flavescens and cortex dictamni,honeysuckle and cortex dictamni,radix paeoniae rubra and radix rehmanniae were in the top five.The correlation degree was set to 5,the penalty degree was set to 2,and the rest was set to 3(representing the core compatibility of more than three drugs).The entropy clustering analysis of drug core compatibility was carried out,and 22 groups of drug core compatibility of three traditional Chinese medicines were evolved,the top five were scutellaria baicalensis georgi,plantago asiatica and gardenia jasminoides ellis,rehmannia glutinosa,polyporus umbellatus and radix paeoniae rubra,rehmannia glutinosa,arnebia euchroma and poria cocos,plantago asiatica,bupleurum chinense and gentian,magnetite,oyster and longgu.On this basis,six core combinations of three to four kinds of drugs were developed,namely,wushao snake and zaojiaoci and oyster,plantain and bupleurum and gentian,sophora flavescens and tufa cocos and dictamnus,cishi and oyster and keel,duckweed and imperata root and lophathery leaf and juncea,plantain and bupleurum and gardenia and alisma orientalis.On the basis of these six combinations,three new prescriptions were obtained by unsupervised hierarchical clustering RE Extraction:wushao snake and zaojiaoci and oyster and magnetite and keel,plantain and bupleurum and gentian and duckweed and imperata root and dianzhuye and junxincao,sophora flavescens and smilax glabra and dictamnus dasycarpus,plantain and bupleurum and gardenia jasminoides and alisma orientalis.Conclusion:According to the analysis of the system,the frequency of drugs,commonly used combinations,core combinations and new prescriptions are more in line with the damp-heat pathogenesis of eczema.Damp heat runs through the entire process of eczema.In the past,the treatment of eczema focused on the spleen.Through statistical analysis,it was found that the drugs and treatments used by famous Chinese medicine doctors were mainly the liver.The treatment of eczema involves the treatment of liver healing,soothing the liver,nourishing the liver,and relieving the liver.In the past,it was thought that the cause of eczema was due to insufficient endowment and feeling of damp evil.According to statistical analysis,more etiologies should be the unfavorable transport and transformation caused by the lack of liver qi.Liver qi is not thin,and the human body is in a relatively tight and unbalanced state,unable to reach a relieved state.Eczema is only an external manifestation of internal problems in the body.Therefore,in the differentiation of eczema,the liver is the center,the main body is to adjust the tension of the human body,and the dampness is the auxiliary,and the curative effect may be further improved.
