Dust exposure problems are common in Chinese medicine pharmaceutical companies,due to different process conditions and equipment usage,there are differences in drug dust exposure issues between pharmaceutical companies.This paper selects the crushing process of a Chinese medicine factory as the research object.Determination of drug dust exposure levels in this process by on-site sampling,the dust source has a PC-TWA of 9.27 mg/m3 and a PC-STEL of 15.56 mg/m3.Occupational exposure limits exceeding the other dust regulations in the standard GBZ2.1-2007;At the same time,on-site sampling of the drug dust concentration value under the process conditions of different temperature,humidity,pulverizer rotation speed and dust removal device height in the pulverization process;Correlation between process conditions such as temperature,humidity,pulverizer speed and dust collector height and drug dust concentration in pulverization process by SPSS software;Positive and negative correlation and correlation between process conditions and drug dust concentration values,Determine how the process conditions of the pulverization process affect the dust concentration of the job site;According to the research results,preferential control measures for drug dust exposure problems in crushing stations,to ensure that the drug dust concentration in the crushing process is lower than the occupational exposure limit,Proposed corresponding control measures from the perspective of management.This paper draws the following conclusions:1?The concentration of the drug dust in the pulverization process is related to the temperature,humidity,pulverizer speed and dust collector height of the process,the correlation size is sorted as temperature <humidity<dusting device height<grinder speed.The specific performance is when the temperature in the workshop rises,the humidity decreases,the speed of the pulverizer is too high,and the dust collector height is too low,both will lead to an increase in the dust concentration of the pulverizing station;2?To reduce the concentration of drug dust in the crushing station,according to the results of the correlation research,specific requirements are put forward for the process conditions of the crushing station,the speed of the pulverizer is kept as high as 2800 r/min or 3800 r/min under normal production cond itions,the dust collector needs to reach a height of 30 cm or more,The humidity in the workshop needs to be controlled at 40% to 60%,the temperature in the workshop needs to be controlled at 21 ° C to 25 ° C.According to the characteristics of the sampling point layering,through data analysis,the workers working in the crushing workshop need to be as active as possible 2m away from the dust source outside the reclaiming operation;3?In order to ensure that the concentration of drug dust in the crushing process is lower than the occupational exposure limit,it also proposes targeted measures from the management aspect.Mainly includes:implementing a multi-certificate system to facilitate the rotation?strengthen employee occupational health knowledge and skills training?upgrade crushing station respiratory protection products.
