Objective:To explore the occupational burnout and resilience of mental health care workers and non-mental health care workers,in-depth understanding of occupational burnout and resilience by analyzing the related factors affecting their burnout and resilience, and discusses the relationship between burnout and resilience. Methods:There were Psychiatrists and nurses from Jining psychiatric prevention and treatment hospital in shandong province from may to June,2018 were selected.Clinicians and nurses(excluding medical technology departments)from Jining first people's hospital and affiliated hospital of Jining medical college were selected as control group.Maslash burnout inventory(MBI-GS),made questionnaire, simple coping style questionnaire and scale by investigation and study to compare psychiatrists across the surface and the job burnout situation of psychiatrists, comparison of psychiatric nurses and non psychiatric nurses job burnout situation, psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses job burnout situation and their resilience difference;SPSS22.0 was used for general analysis, independent sample t test,chi-square test,Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis and other data analysis and processing.Results:1.Among the medical staff in the clinical departments of 3third-grade class-A hospitals in Ji Ning, the incidence of occupational burnout was 7.3%,and the occupational burnout of psychiatrists was lower than that of non-psychiatrists(x~2=4.340,P<0.05).The burnout of psychiatric nurses was lower than that of non-psychiatric nurses(x~2=45.766,P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference between psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses in terms of burnout(x~2=0.903,P>0.05).2.Asfor emotional exhaustion and diminished personal accomplishment, psychiatric nurses were lower than non-psychiatric nurses(t=3.989,iminished personal accomplishment,t=2.340,P<0.05),psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses no statistically significant difference(emotional exhaustion t=1.168,iminished personal accomplishment,,t=0.416,P>0.05),psychiatric nurses higher the depersonalization than psychiatrists(t=2.148,P<0.05),but the psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses occupationalburnout has no statistically significant difference(t=0.073,P>0.05);On emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment, occupational burnout of psychiatrists was significantly lower than that of non-psychiatrists(emotional exhaustion t=-2.470,diminished personal accomplishment t=-2.386,depersonalization t=-2.470,P<0.05).3.The multi-factor analysis of occupational burnout shows that different hospital the happening situation of occupational burnout has significant differences(P<0.05),compared with a mental health hospital of Ji Ning,Ji Ning first people's hospital staff was 2.215 times higher the risk of job burnout(OR=2.215,95%CI:1.013~4.754,P<0.05),while the the worker's risk for occupational burnout of Ji Ning medical school affiliated hospital failed to be found significant differences compared to the former(OR=0.564,95%CI:0.239~1.330,P>0.05);The risk of occupational burnout of non-psychiatric medical staff was 8.7 times higher than that of psychiatric medical staff(OR=8.7,95%CI:2.59~29.216),and the difference was statistically significant.Neuroticism increases the risk of job burnout(OR=3,95%CI:1.562~5.759)which is a risk factor for occupational burnout;satisfactory interpersonal relationship(OR=0.635,95%CI:0.44~0.91),?satisfactory physical condition(OR=0.656,95%CI:0.470~0.802),and extrovert personality(OR=0.66,95%CI:0.443~0.984)will reduce the risk of burnout, which are the protective factor of burnout. However, the differences of general self-efficacy(GSES),social support, family status, income and job burnout were not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Cultural level, family status, income situation, interpersonal relationship, physical condition, the GSES,positive and negative processing, inside and outside are positively related to and resilience, which actively deal with resilience a strongly positive correlation(r=0.548,r>0.5),both inside and outside to a moderatly positive correlation(r=0.305,0.3<r<0.5),neuroticism,social support and resilience into a weak negative correlation(r<0.3).Job burnout was negatively correlated with the median strength of resilience(r=0.336,0.3<r<0.5).Appropriate negative treatment can promote the recovery of resilience. The rest were not closely related(r<0.3).Conclusion:1.This study found that both psychiatric and non-psychiatric medical staff had occupational burnout.Psychiatrists are less likely to suffer from occupational burnout than other health care workers.2.The influencing factors of job burnout are three exposure factors:hospital, department and physical condition;and two personal factors:neuroticism and introversion and introversion.Neuroticism is the critical factor to job burnout, and exposure factors are also make a great difference.3.The resilience of mental health care workers is higher than that of non-mental health care workers. The factors affecting resilience include education level, family status, income, interpersonal relationship, physical condition and GSES,positive treatment, negative treatment, internal and external,in which positive treatment of its impact on the dominant position.4.Occupational burnout and resilience affect each other. The more serious the occupational burnout, the
