At present,with the rapid development of social economy,the economic structure is facing the transformation.People are facing more and more working pressure.Job burnout not only has a negative impact on the individual's mental health,but also reduces the individual commitment and loyalty to the cause and organization.Job burnout leads to the reduction of individual productivity and production efficiency,which has a negative impact on the organization.The medical staff in psychiatric department is a high-risk group of job burnout,it is worth our attention.This study aims at combining the occupation burnout of a mental health center of medical personnel of Jiangxi Province,according to the different demographic characteristics of doctors,nurses and medical technicians were investigated in terms of occupation burnout,social support,life satisfaction,coping style analysis,according to the research results more scientific,objective and truly reflect the situation of occupation burnout of Medical Staff Department of psychiatry and related factors,and find out the existing problems,and puts forward some suggestions.In the process of writing,the paper adopts the method of literature investigation,consult a large number of data and literature works about job burnout,reason of job burnout etc.In addition,consult a large number of Chinese and foreign literature on the definition of job burnout.The research results of domestic and foreign scholars are carefully collected.The questionnaire was used in the study.The questionnaire was composed of three parts: general situation questionnaire,perceived social support scale(PSSS)and the Occupational Burnout Questionnaire(MBI-HSS).The subjects were 300 medical workers in a mental health center in Jiangxi province.Questionnaires were distributed and 271 valid questionnaires were collected.Epidata3.02 was used for statistical analysis of data input,SPSS19.0 software,through ?2 test,Logistic regression analysis and other statistical methods to investigate the demographic variables,the effect of social support on job burnout.The survey found that medical staff in a hospital in Jiangxi province has job burnout?300 medical staff in 127 were detected in job burnout,the detection rate was 46.9%;the number of emotional exhaustion is 74 and depersonalization is 45 and achievement reduce dimension is 59,detection rates were 27.3%,16.6% and 21.8%.There were significant differences in the detection rate of job burnout among medical staff with different professional titles,academic qualifications and professional qualifications,as well as whether or not they were prepared and managed positions(P<0.05),low degree and high degree of personnel job burnout rate is high,and the general education personnel job burnout rate is low;the clinical medical detection rate higher than the medical personnel job burnout;with staff and management positions in personnel job burnout rate higher than the no personnel.There was a significant difference in social support between different genders,different titles,different educational backgrounds,different professional and managerial positions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Men have a higher level of social support than women;the title is higher,the level of social support is higher;the higher the degree,the higher the level of social support;social support technicians have higher level than the clinical staff level of social support;there are also higher level management positions of social support.
