The first part:Expression and prognosis of ER,PR and HER-2 in invasive breast cancer and its biological significanceObjective:To investigate the expression and biological significance of ER,PR and HER-2 in invasive breast cancer and its relation with prognosis.Method:Study the examination and biological significanc of ER,PR,and HER-2 by the immunohistochemical staining(SP)of334 patients with invasive breast cancer, and study the relevanceits with the prognosis of the patient.Result:(1)ER?PR?HER-2 is expressed in the patient of more than 49 years old(P<0.001,P<0.001,P=0.029);(2)ER?PR?HER-2 as the lymph nodes metastasized, the expression declined(P<0.001,Z=-2.32;P=0.05,Z=-1.64;P<0.001,Z=-2.32)(3)HER-2 positive expression rate is more common in lymph node without metastasis group, clinical stage ?-?(P=0.022;P=0.018,Z=-2.1);(4)TNBC group had worse clinicopathological parameters than non-TNBC group patients, and tested by Log-Rank its five years of disease-free survival and five years of survival were lower than non-TNBC group(?2=5.512,P=0.018;?2=5.962 P=-0.015).Conclusion:(1)ER,PR,and HER-2 expression decreased with the increase of malignant degree of tumor;(2)TNBC has worse clinicopathological parameters and prognosis. The second part:Biological significance and prognosis of E-cadherin,AR and CK5/6 expressed in TNBCObjective:To investigate the biological significance and prognosis of E-cadherin,AR and CK5/6 expressed in TNBC.Method:The expression of E-cadherin,AR,CK5/6 and its biological significance were detected by immunohistochemical staining(SP)in 334 patients with invasive breast cancer, and the relationship with the prognosis of TNBC was discussed.Result:(1)E-cadherin in invasive breast cancer is mostly expressed in the patient of more than 49 years old and menopause(P<0.001,P=0.003),and with the increase of the tumor and decreased expression(P<0.001,Z=-2.32);(2)AR positive expression rate is more common in older 49 years old group, lymph node without metastasis group, tumor diameter more group(P<0.001;P<0.001;P=0.02,Z=-2.05);and the expression of AR is negatively correlated with tumor enlargement(P=0.02,Z=-2.05);(3)CK5/6 was expressed in patients less than or equal to 49 who had not undergone menopause(P<0.001,P<0.001),and was positively related to the increase of tumors and the worse clinical stages(P<0.001,Z=-2.32;P=0.018,Z=-2.1);(4)In the TNBC group,E-cadherin and AR are often expressed low, while CK5/6 is often expressed high(P<0.001,P<0.001,P=0.047);After COX regression analysis,it can be seen that CK5/6 are risk factors that affect the prognosis of TNBC(HR=2.445),whileE-cadherin,and AR are protective factors that affect the prognosis of patients with TNBC(HR=0.312,HR=0.315);(5)After Log-Rank test, patients in the TNBC group had five years of disease-free survival and five years of survival.E-cadherin and AR positive patients were higher than negative patients, while CK5/6 positive patients were lower than CK5/6 negative patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:E-cadherin and AR are protective factors for invasive breast cancer and TNBC.The positive expression of CK5/6 is closely related to invasive breast cancer and the proliferation and poor prognosis of TNBC.
