Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy Stage ? (Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney,Stasis And Turbidity Type) Clinical Observation

Objective: Of this study was to observe the "kidney spleen of turbidity party" before and after the treatment the clinical effect of treatment of diabetic nephropathy ? period,verify "kidney spleen of turbidity party" treatment of diabetic kidney disease the curative effect of spleen kidney empty type? period.To analyze the effect of yishen jianpi xiaobiao fang on diabetic nephropathy stage IV,and to provide some ideas and methods for the treatment of DN.Methods:The inpatient and outpatient cases from department 1 of endocrinology and department of nephrology of the affiliated hospital of shaanxi university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected.All the collected cases were required to meet the inclusion criteria.A total of 68 cases were randomly divided into two groups,namely the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with benazepril,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction decoction made from the prescription of tonifying kidney and spleen and eliminating turbidity.After12 weeks of observation,the clinical syndrome scores and laboratory indexes of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment were collected and analyzed,and the data were sorted out.SPSS19.0 was used for analysis to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results: 1.SPSS19.0 was used for statistics and analysis of 24hu-tp,u-nag enzyme,HbA1 c,blood lipid(TG,TCHO,HDL,LDL)and endoendothelium 1(ET-1).The data changes of the above indicators before and after treatment were analyzed,and the results suggested that the differences between the two groups before and after medication were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the above indicators were decreased,especially in the treatment group.NO increased significantly in the treatment group.2.TCM symptoms improve the situation: the research of the two groups respectively before and after medication of TCM syndrome integral comparison,analysis of differences between the two groups there is statistical significance(P < 0.05),most of the patients with symptoms after 12 weeks of treatment,are improved to varying degrees,compared with control group,the improvement of the treatment group is more obvious.3.Safety index: the data analysis of AST,ALT,WBC and RBC before and after medication in the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).The patients participating in this study took the traditional Chinese medicine prepared by the prescription of nourishing kidney,strengthening spleen and eliminating turbidity,and there were no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion: kidney spleen and turbidity can improve diabetic nephropathy ?period two virtual spleen and kidney,blood stasis cloud block in patients with clinical syndrome,reduce 24 hU-TP,and U-NAG enzyme,HbAlc,TG,TCHO,HDL,LDL and laboratory indexes such as ET-1,NO improve patients,improve the renal injury of diabetic nephropathy,delay the development of diabetic nephropathy.
