Research On Optimization Of XB Hospital Engineering Project Management System

With the rapid development of the national economy and the rapid advancement of medical technology,the overall level of infrastructure in the medical industry is in urgent need of improvement.In order to promote the development of China’s medical and health undertakings,improve the backward medical treatment environment and business office conditions,and promote the comprehensive development of hospitals with patients as the core,provide patients with high-quality,convenient,low-cost and highly satisfactory medical technology services.At the same time,patients and medical staff can feel a comfortable and relaxed medical and office environment,and can fully appreciate the hospital’s more humane and warm service atmosphere.At the same time,in order to further alleviate the contradiction caused by the aging of medical facilities in hospitals,improve the quality of medical technology services,create more favorable working conditions for hospitals to develop new technologies and new therapies,and provide a high-quality development platform for medical science research,discipline development and teaching.Therefore,many hospitals have various needs for new construction and reconstruction projects.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the hospital’s capital construction projects,it is particularly important to modify and improve the existing project management system of the hospital for various reasons.Through the research on the progress,quality and cost management of the construction project in the process of new construction and renovation and expansion of XB hospital,this paper further analyzes the quality management,schedule management and cost control of the new construction and reconstruction of the hospital,and builds the hospital and related medical care in the future.Building construction provides experience for reference.Secondly,through the relevant data search,combined with the actual situation of the project,analyze the current situation of XB hospital engineering construction process,combined with the relevant theory and knowledge of project management,through the actual case analysis of XB hospital project management,study the advanced project management mode of the world.To study the practical application status and application effect of these models in the internal engineering project management of hospitals in China,and propose corresponding optimization suggestions and measures for the problems encountered in the practical application of XB hospital engineering project management mode.The research results and shortcomings of this paper are summarized,and the future research direction of construction project management mode is prospected.The innovation of the construction project management model studied in this paper hopes to provide theoretical basis and practical experience for the improvement of XB hospital’s future project management level.
