Objective:To investigate the polymorphism of glucocorticoid receptor(GR)gene NR3C1 and to explore its correlation with glucocorticoid therapy of myasthenia gravis(MG),provided a theoretical basis for clinical medication.Methods: We enrolled 29 patients with general myasthenia gravis diagnosed as MG from the Department of Neurology,Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University in December 2015.And 29 healthy controls.SNa Pshot SNP typing technique was used to study the expression of NR3C1 Bcl I Polymorphism analysis to determine its correlation with hormone therapy.Results: Twenty-nine patients in the experimental group and 29 patients in the control group were included in the study.The patients in the experimental group were divided into two groups according to the hormone dosage and effect,which were hormone sensitive group and hormone resistance group.The NR3C1 locus ER22(rs6189),N363S(rs56149945),Bcl I(rs41423247),9?(rs6198),and Rs4607376 are the corresponding results of genotypic analysis: experimental group ER22(rs6189),N363S(rs56149945),9?(rs6198)The Rs4607376 locus genotype includes AA,AG,GG,and its structural ratio is not statistically significant(p>0.05);Bcl I(rs41423247)locus genotype includes CC,CG,GG,first genotype CC The experimental group was more statistically significant than the control group(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the distribution of the three genotypes between the sensitive group,the resistant group and the control group(p>0.05).The frequency data of G and C were 20% and 80%,27% and 73% in the resistant group,and23% and 75% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the three groups(P=0.465).Conclusion: 1.The frequency of Bcl I(rs41423247)genotype CC in patients with MG with glucocorticoid receptor gene is higher than that in healthy people,indicating that it may be related to the susceptibility to MG.2.There was no statistical relationship between glucocorticoid receptor gene(Bcl I?ER22/23EK?N363S?9??Rs4607376)polymorphisms and hormone therapy for MG.The polymorphism of NR3C1 gene may not have a significant correlation with hormone therapy.
