Clincal Study On The Treatment Of Early Renal Damage Of Hyperuricemia By Invigorating Spleen And Kidney

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of invigorating spleen and kidney method on early renal damage(spleen-kidney Qi deficiency type)in patients with hyperuricemia,and to analyze the efficacy and safety of invigorating spleen and kidney method in treating early renal damage(spleen-kidney Qi deficiency type)in patients with hyperuricemia.Methods:Eighty patients with early renal impairment of hyperuricemia(spleen-kidney Qi deficiency type)were enrolled.On the basis of routine hyperuricemia education,diet control,drinking water and alkaline urine,randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1,40 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Jianpi Yishen recipe combined with western medicine for reducing uric acid.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed after 12 weeks of treatment.The changes of clinical efficacy score,TCM syndrome efficacy score,estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),serum uric acid(SUA),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),cystatin-C(Cys C),urine protein/creatinine(UACR)were evaluated.Result: 1、The clinical curative effect of Jianpi Yishen recipe combined with Western medicine group was 82.05%,and the effective rate of TCM syndromes was 87.18%.The clinical and symptomatic effects of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).2、Both the experimental group and the control group can reduce the level of serum uric acid,and there is no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3 、 After treatment with Jianpi Yishen Recipe,the glomerular filtration rate of patients increased,while SUA、eGFR、Scr、BUN、Cys C、UACR decreased significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1、There is no significant difference between Jianpi Yishen recipe and Western medicine in lowering serum uric acid level compared with oral western medicine alone,so Jianpi Yishen recipe has no obvious effect onlowering serum uric acid.2、Jianpi Yishen recipe can increase eGFR level in patients with early renal damage caused by hyperuricemia,reduce Scr、BUN、Cys C 、 UACR and improve renal function.3 、 Jianpi Yishen recip can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of early renal damage(spleen-kidney Qi deficiency type)in hyperuricemia patients,and is an effective prescription for the treatment of the disease.
