Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Shenling Baizhu Powder And Danshen Decoctionremoving Blood Stasis

Objective:The experiment was conducted in a randomized controlled trial.To observe the scores of TCM syndromes,changes of gastroscopic signs and pathological changes of chronic atrophic gastritis in experimental group and control group before and after treatment.To study the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),and to study its mechanism,so as to provide ideas and methods for TCM in treating CAG.Materials and methods:In this study,patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly selected from the emergency and digestive clinics of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2018.In this experiment,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups by SPSS system,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Shenling Baizhu powder and Danshen Yin Decoction pieces,while the control group was treated with Weifuchun tablets,a commonly used Chinese patent medicine,for 9 months.To observe the scores of TCM syndromes,changes of gastroscopic signs and pathological changes of chronic atrophic gastritis before and after treatment,fill in case reports,and use SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Result:The total effective rate of improving TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 96.6%,while that in the control group was 65.5%.The total effective rate of treatment group for CAG gland atrophy was 82.5%,while that of control group was 48.3%.The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 85.2% and 23.1% respectively.The total effective rate of treatment group for CAG hyperplasia was 28.57%,and that of Weifuchun tablet group was 10%.The effective rate of anti-Hp was 50% in the treatment group and 21% in the control group.Conclusion:Shenling Baizhu Powder and Danshen Yin are effective in improving TCM symptoms and pathological changes of CAG,and are obviously superior to Weifuchun Tablets.
