Clinical Research On Rerating Chornic Atrophic Gastritis (Spleen And Blood Stasis) With Jianpi Huoyu Prescripitions And The Effect Of TNF-??IL-6 In Plasma Of Patients

Objective:This study was proposed by the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and blood stasis by Jianpi Huo yu decoction,though observing some elements,such as the clinical symptoms,the microscopic gastric atrophy of mucosa gland,the intestinal metaplasia and opposite hyperplasia in histologic changes,the level of tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)and interleukin-6(IL-6)before and after treating in serum.Then summarizing and verifing the clinical effects,the mechanism of this prescription treating CAG was discussed preliminarily.This study provided the scientific basis for the treating CAG by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:60 voluntary patients with CAGsyndrome of spleen deficiency and blood stasisof the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan college of traditional Chinese medicine according to the diagnosis standard were selected,which were divided randomly into two groups including treatment group(Jianpi Huo yu decoction)and control group(WeiFuChun).Each group was 30 cases and the course was 6 months respectively.During the period of the treatment,other drugs for the disease were stopped.Then observing the factors of two groups including the TCM syndrome,the change of microscopic gastric atrophy of mucosa gland,the intestinal metaplasia and hyperplasia on histopathology before and after treating,the clinic effect was evaluated.The plasma of the two groups was taken before and after the treatment and the the tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were detected by the method of ELISA to compare and make statistical analysis.Results:(1)comparison of the baseline dates:of the two group in gender,age,disease duration,family history,the symptoms frequency,there were no statistical significance(P>0.05)and can be comparable.(2)comparison of the aggregate scores before and after treatment:the aggregate scores of two groups were changed obviously(P<0.05),which indicated that treatment group and control group had the curative effect in the aspect of improving symptoms.While the aggregate scores and differences between two groups were compared(P<0.05),differences were significant,which indicated that the treatment group had obvious advantages compared1with1the1control group in the aspect of improving symptoms.(3)comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome:the cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group were 67.9%and 96.7%.The cure rate and total effective rate of control group were 33.3%and 59.2%.After the inspection of x~2,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)comparison of gastroscope and pathology effect:the cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group were 78.6%and 82.1%.The cure rate and total effective rate of control group were 33.3%and 44.4%.After the inspection of x~2,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).(5)comparison of tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)and interleukin-6(IL-6)before and after treatment:no matter between the comparison in the group or groups,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical study shows:The clinical study show that through the study found,Jianpi live stasis formula can be significantly improved in patients with CAG syndrome of spleen deficiency and blood stasis,in the aspects of gasteremphraxis,stomach pain,anorexia,hard digest after foodetc.the main symptoms,improve atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,opposite hyperplasia etc.histologic findings,reduce thetumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)and interleukin-6(IL-6)level.This study preliminarily confirmed that Jianpi live stasis formulahad obvious advantages compared1with1the1control1group(WeiFuChun)in the aspect of clinical efficacy,and could block and reverse the further development of CAG.
