The Effect Of Jianpi Huoyu Prescriptions Atrophic Gastritis (Spleen And Blood Stasis) And Its On And The PG In Plasma Of Patients

Objective: This study was proposed by the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and blood stasis by Jianpi Huo yu decoction, through observing the clinical symptoms, microscopic gastric mucosa, histopathological change and serum pepsinogen(PG) level before and after the treatment to investigate the clinic effect and the mechanism of the prescription, and to provide a theoretical basis of the disease for Chinese medicine. Methords: 60 voluntary patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan college of traditional Chinese medicine according to the diagnosis standard were selected, which were divided into two groups by the visiting sequence, the treatment group(Jianpi Huo yu decoction) and the control group(Ma Luo Dan). Each group was 30 cases and the course was 6 months. During the period of the treatment other drugs for the disease were stopped. By observing the clinical symptoms, microscopic gastric mucosa, histopathological change before and after the treatment the clinic effect was evaluated. The plasma of the two groups was taken before and after the treatment and the pepsin was detected by chemiluminescence to compare and make statistical analysis. Resuits:(1) comparison of the baseline dates: of the two group in gender, age, disease duration, the main symptoms and signs, the mucosal inflammation, the mucous gland atrophy, the intestinal metaplasia, there were no significant differences by statistical analysis( P> 0.05)and can be comparable.(2)comparison of the clinical effect: after the treatment, there were statistical significances of the two group in epigastric fullness, stomach pain, anorexia, stomach pain after eating, mental tiredness, weakness of the body, hiccup and belching, heartburn and acid reflux( P<0.05),but there were no statistical significances of the two group in gastral cavity warm-loving or press-loving, epigastric pain refused to press, fasting pain relieved after food, aggravated after tire or catching cold, emaciation, loose stool( P> 0.05). After the treatment1,the1total1score1of1the1two1groups1have1significantdifference( P<0.05),i ndicating that the treatment group superior to the control group in the clinical symptoms improved.(3)comparison of the effect of gastroscope and pathology: there were no significant differences between the two groups of patients with gastroscopy and pathological examination before treatment( P<0.05), after the treatment of 6 months, there were significant differences.(4)compared before and after treatment, there were significant differences of PGR lever of each group( P< 0.05),also there were significant differences between the two groups( P< 0.05). Conclusion:The clinical study shows: The clinical study show that through the study found, Jianpi live stasis formula can be significantly improved in patients with CAG syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of spleen and stomach type of stagnation of fullness, stomach pain, anorexia, etc. the main symptoms, improve atrophy, hyperplasia, intestinal metaplasia and pathological change, improve the serum PG level.The endoscopy and pathology proved that this prescription could block the development of CAG and had obvious advantages compared1with1the1control1 group.
