Obj ective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on pseudobulbar palsy due to celebral infarct.Methods:The patients are randomly divided into two groups:the needling group and the control group. The control group will take the nomal treatment of medicine, and the needling group will add the acupuncture treatment based on the normal treatment of medicine.6days is considered to be a period of treatment. After1day’s break, another round of treatment will begin. After3rounds of treatment, investigating the hierarchical changing of swallowing and speech.Results:1.The comparison of the pre-treatment and post-treatment of the needling group has statistically significant (P<0.01). The comparison of the pre-treatment and post-treatment of the control group has statistically significant (P<0.01).2. The comparison of the post-treatment between the needling group and the control group has statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:The method of acupuncture has a definite therapeutic effect on pseudobulbar palsy.
